“Brandon and Krystal were both great to deal with. I drove an hour from outside of Raleigh to use them when I was rear-ended. The service was amazing, it was so nice dealing with the owners of the business. You could tell they care greatly about the reputation and the quality of their work. Brandon remembered everything we had discussed and was able to deliver my truck on time. They actually stayed late on a holiday weekend to get it done. Also they worked with the insurance company so I did not have to be involved.”

She is a great person she is very friendly and treats her customers right and my father too. The other employees are very friendly too. He and I have had great experience with them.”
“They have the hardest time keeping this tire shop staffed to be able to actually stay open for the hours advertised by Walmart. The price is right. The tires are good. The equipment makes for a speedy tire replacement. They have a free air hose on the corner for folks just looking to add some air to a tire. I think the manager lady just needs to stop taking smoke breaks with what seems to be the lead garage man (round fella you'll find hanging out behind the garage, smart but smokes a quarter pack on a tire change) and start doing some hiring. If I could get the service I got 3 years ago from the skinny white girl with funny colored hair, I'd never use another tire shop. But it seems like this older woman and middle age man run all the good help outta the garage. Maybe it's just my optics. No one said anything out of the way to me. I just watched several people do nothing while the one or two other employees that were in and out on breaks hustled the whole time I was there.”
“The air and electronic suspension on my 2010 Sequoia Platinum was shot after 240k miles. The cost of two new air shocks alone was going to be $1600. Instead, I put in Strutmasters full Sequoia kit. The parts did perfectly and are really high quality. The ride is great! And the kit allowed me to get all four corners renewed for the about the price of one rear air shock.
Customer service ahead of the purchase was great. I didn't have to contact them for any help after purchase because the kit was complete and the instructions provided were excellent. They have great install videos as well.”
