“We had the unfortunate predicament of breaking down while on the way to vacation. Troy from Dillon Towing recommended Black’s Tire and Auto Service and they have exceeded our expectations. We got there right at closing but they assured us they would look at it first thing in the morning. Carlos has been in contact with us through the entire process. They were reasonably priced and got us back on the road in no time! They treated us like any other customer and didn’t try to rip us off even though we’re from out of town. Crystal at the front desk also recommended which battery to go with next time we get into any trouble and Carlos contacted Enterprise to have them allow us to leave the rental at the shop so we didn’t have to commute back to Enterprise to drop it off. Hopefully we won’t have any future trouble while traveling but if we do I will try my best to go here, they are wonderful!”
“Excellent customer service and communication, amazing automotive service results. Great hospitality. Monday morning traveling from raeford through Pembroke headed to Georgia, I Had an unknown coolant leak. I called in to ask about the problem with the conveyance and for availability. I was told what issues could be and how much it could cost. Although they were “tied up for the week” they still took me in and said they might could have me out by Wednesday if the issues is what they think it is. I brought the car in early that Monday afternoon. I received a call the next day Tuesday morning, and was told in full description and detail what I was done to the car and what could have caused the issues. Double check the car for any leaks. And drove it around for surety. I came in the following day, Wednesday to pick the car up. I was greeted with the joy and respect and also offered my choice of a free car air freshener along with the bill haha and the keys. I had a smooth 6 hour drive back to Georgia with no issues of any over heating or any leaks whatsoever. I greatly recommend these true brothers to anyone in need of service.”

“I went to this place a few weeks prior of today to have my 2022 Challenger wide body Scatpack middle muffler swap for dynomax resonators and he check on it and told me to go the following week because it was the Friday before the 4th of July and he was going on vacation. I decided to go to a different awful place in Lumberton to get them done, bad choice. Anyway, I went back to have the rear mufflers swap and at first, he was giving me his opinion on why would I want to change them since they were straight exit both, I explained that they do sound better than OEM mufflers even though they are straight exit as well. He told me to put the car in the lift to check on the pipes for an accurate price for me to get the cash, I walked to the nearest ATM a couple blocks away for the cash and when I got back he already had one side almost done. He paid close attention to a detail work done in my car and even fix the middle resonators installed from the other awful place in lumberton, they had some leaks for their poor inspection and work done there, he fixed the problem even better for the same price. I will highly recommend this place and do business again soon!!!”

“They were nice & helpful just didn't provide everything needed & was still a little high for a used tire that wasn't exact size needed bt would work but had to get it put on somewhere else plus pay another $20-$30 for that so yea sorta disappointed but they have alot of other great services that help people.”
“Very friendly, great pricing and extremely fast service. Went in at 4:30pm without an appointment, with a tire that had started to shed apart. The woman at the desk was friendly and found a used version of the tire I needed for much less than a new one. One of the mechanics got to work on it right away and in 10 minutes we were heading out the door. Total price was less than $60. Will definitely be using their services in the future.”

“My mom and I were on a long drive from Florida to New York with a timeline we had to stick to, and we had a bad coil cause the engine to misfire. So we called and they took us right away early morning and got everything fixed in less than an hour. The price was fair and the service excellent. Very thankful for their help during this stressful situation!”

The mechanic, Roger, was friendly and accommodating. If you're having car issues on 95 in this area, stop at Chris's. They'll do you right.”
