“This is our go to spot in the morning for coffee and a treat. My wife typically goes with the bee sting ? coffee. Steve-O typically sets me up with an ice mocha.If you see a young guy with a mustache behind the coffee bar, you’re going to have a good day. Sonny is the mixologist for the coffee bar. Don’t let his young looks fool you!!! Want to give an honorable mention to Heidi.. Our all-time favorite treat is the pop tarts. Probably our biggest complaint that they don’t have pop tarts every day when we come in. :-) Love the curry chicken salad with arugula. Perfect blend of protein and veggies. In the evening or early afternoon it is a great place to drop in for a brew or wine. “Really clean gas station, including their restrooms. Well lighted (inside and out). They also got beers on tap. A Trooper was hanging out there, making the environment feel safer (we were there past midnight). If you don’t care about super friendly customer service, this is a nice travel stop.”
“The owner, Imran is so great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean and food items are always fresh. Best coffee I've ever had from a gas station.”
“I just use the carwash, and it is great and very popular for a brushless wash. Note: there are several times one or both of the bays are closed due to mechanical failure, but they are always on top of it. Expect delays when so many people buy the highest wash package.”
“I stumbled upon this place the other day feeling sick and trying to drive home to Georgia. While there, I realized I was too ill to keep driving (food poisoning, y’all.) I told the woman behind the counter what was going on, and she was so kind to me. She took down my information and let me leave my car overnight so that my husband could come get me and bring me home. She suggested I park my car under the light pole for safety and told me to come back inside if I needed anything while waiting for my husband. I don’t often leave reviews, but I just felt like this place deserved a shoutout. I really appreciate the kindness from a stranger and will make it a point to patronize this place in the future since it is run by such nice people. To the woman who helped me (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name): THANK YOU!”
“Jim’s is the place to stop! We went in middday after a rainbow falls hike- the chicken salad sandwiches, chicken biscuits, and cookies from the gas station side were magnificent! And the people were so friendly. Spend your money here. Wish we lived close by so we could go again.”

“I called the evening before to ask about their hours and made plans to stop by on our way back to Jacksonville FL. This place was great, we did the gem mining and found a few beautiful gems. Everyone was very friendly and there was alot of variety of things to shop for. Thank you for your bring dog friendly. See you next time we come up”
“I really like this Marathon gas station! The employees are nice and very knowledgeable. The only exception is Regina, who seems to dislike her job. She is lazy and not very friendly at all. I asked Regina, during one visit, if there were any more chocolate chip butter cakes and without even gettin up from the counter she was leaning against, just flatly and plainly said no! Regina is rude and what I consider to be disrespectful. She wouldn't even move a foot to look anywhere else for it.”

“Our family hasowned property here since the 1950's we have watched the community adapt to the influx of vacation homes & varies guests.Jarrett's is a wonderful example of country store meets 21st century . The quality of the veggies is excellent along with meats from all the groups. Don't worry desert's are abundant. Plenty of prepared sandwiches are also available. Isles of your grocery & necessary aids are also available. Last the grocery is clean & neat to correct standards. Old Koot approved!”
