I was completely overwhelmed by how quickly and professionally my car was taken care of, and on top of all that the price I paid was so much less than anywhere else I could find. I will never use any other mechanic shop ever again. Wow. I just love this place.

I went in this morning with my fan not working on my AC/heat/defrost. It only took 15 minutes before they told me what was wrong, the cost and they would have to order the motor. I was told they would have it by 3 and could fix it then if I could come back then. I was back about ten till three and I was leaving at 3:14. They did a great job and everyone there was so nice and respectful and I definitely recommend you trying them the next time you have trouble with your vehicle.

1x I had my car there it was repaired very quick and inexpensive, lately they are too busy, take a number and wait, wait whenever they could get to your car, so be prepared to leave your car for a week or 2, not good for business

Very disappointed! I chose this shop due to the rave reviews here. They told me three times my car would be done the next day(I kept calling to inquire about the status). The last time I called to check was 2pm . I only have one vehicle and desperately needed it in and out as a single mom and They said they could get the job done! However Four days later I call (for the 15th time) to find out my car WAS ready the next day. During these four days, I missed church, work and a family event. When I asked why they didn’t call me I was told ‘we did call but don’t leave messages because people don’t call us back.” What kind of customer service is that ?! I explained I was stuck without a vehicle and listed the issues this caused me yet Nathan didn’t seem to care one bit. he walked away so quickly I wasn’t able to ask any questions about the work he had done! if you call them they don’t have voicemail set up either so no way to leave a message. They closed early on Friday Oct 7. Hours posted say 530pm. A friend who was on standby drove me down at 5:15 to see if my car was ready and the place was locked up like Ft Knox with my keys inside and would not answer the phone. This is an example of a garage who is making so much $$, they no longer need to care about the one little job for the little person. Ps I had no record of receiving a call between the hours of 2pm-530pm. I think someone forgot as they were leaving early that day and were focused on that rather than getting my car back to me. Left me hangin and didn’t care. You shouldn’t do this to people.

Had no air wanted air compressor put on had to wait days to tell us it would take more days to get parts charge $277 to put a $43 part on and labor we picked up our vehicle smh!
