The cat that detailed the car did a great job. Unfortunately, he was 45 minutes late due to the previous job being more than expected. I get that, but I do have a problem that I had to call to find out this information after the appointment was missed. Customer service was lacking in this respect, for the price of the job a phone call or text would have been necessary. The only reason there are 3 stars was because Corey did a thorough/great job detailing the truck. Customer service is key.

The gentleman showed up on time and was very polite. But for the amount of money I spent on the outside to be fully detailed and buffed I feel like it should have not been splattered wax and spots left on the windows and the rims didn’t even looked touched, dirt and grass still in the fender wells. Yes the paint is slick with still a few scratches visible. I just feel like for over $400 I spent it should have been a lot cleaner from top to bottom.

Great job, fast service, and very willing to work with my OCD and fix minor spots that needed a bit more touching up. Prices are fair and arrived on time, with good communication. I would use them again and recommend to others.

Wonderful experience! Decided to sell a car and I needed a company who could do a very good detail. I loved that W&W came to my home and Corey was so kind! He did a great, thorough, detailed job, didn't miss a spot unlike other retailers, and my car looks brand new. I'm convinced I was able to sell the car so quickly because of how great W&W did and I look forward to calling them in the future for future car needs. 10/10 highly recommend!

He did ok considering the conditions outside the wax was not hand wax he just sprayed it on in spots and rinsed it off I still have some spots on my car that he didn’t get the service was not worth $240 at all but he did do a good job on the inside tho

Great service. I called about one section of the car I wished was cleaner. They came out again the next day to fix it. I would recommend them to anyone, they do a great job but will make corrections if you are not satisfied.
