The Rolesville Post Office delivers! Miss Mary and staff are very extremely efficient and knowledgeable, keeping transactions flowing smoothly.
Mr. James is so kind and helpful as are entire staff--I can't say enough positive things about this post office!

Some of the staff in here is super rude and they have the dumbest hours of operation. The only time I find myself unlucky enough to even use the USPS is when I have to mail something to a PO Box, other than that it’s UPS all the way

The lady working there should be fired. She doesn’t want to work and wants to accept mails that are ready to be shipped. She doesn’t want to help with customs form or anything that requires the slightest amount of work, and is rude to customers.

Be beware when you send a package. They did wrong package measures for me and took my money and did not give me a refund and they never apologized. Very disappointed.

You bent my book in half because it was wider versus putting it in one of those wider lockers for bigger packages. What if those were family pictures or important work documents? Which BY THE WAY, the book I ordered is for my work. You can be held liable for any packages damaged by carelessness to do your job.

WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! CHANGED MY ADDRESS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! Claimed my husband did a "change of household address"He said he only wrote HIS name on the form!!

Never answer their phone. I mean NEVER. Not once. If you have to ask them for help w a delivery issue you will have to drive in. If you can get the postmaster there, she will help you, but it's a 50/50 shot that she'll even be in. There's a guy there that will say he's the postmaster. He had me fooled for a while as he did NOTHING he was supposed to. When I told a worker there she shrugged. "Oh? Yeah. That's (insert name here). He always does that. Ignore him." Are you kidding me?!? Apparently he's done it to my neighbors as well. They get two stars because when the postmaster finally hears about an issue, she fixes it.

Very rude on Saturdays. Second week in a row. Was mailing off a DVD and was NOT allowed the media mail rate. Wanted to be argumentative with me. Never had an issue before. Not going here no more.

Why is it closed weekdays from 1-2:30?! They are only open 9-4. They need to increase staff to cover the growth in the population.5/5 stars for customer service. I use them frequently and they quickly help customers.
