My husband and I used Terri’s tax services one year and things were good. The next year the communication in this office was horrible. We were left to believe that our taxes were filled and they were never filled. I had to find out through the IRS that they were never filled. They cost us penalties for late filing. We could never get her on the phone. Left numerous messages. No one would call us back. Never would I ever recommend her services.

I called 5 times. Even started called before tax season. No on replied and I was referred (they only take referred clients). Finally on the last phone call I was told they have no appointments i could send all my documents to them. They would do my taxes and then speak with me after tax season. Absurd. Not the way to have a relationship with your tax preparer. Not smart ! Would not recommend them

I was a client for a few years and my overall experience was not great...they lacked engagement and communication while increasing prices of services each year. I am not the only with an experience like this as you can see from other customers who gave 1 star reviews. You miss one appointment because you are dealing with a death in the family, you stand the risk of never getting back on their calendar and have to scramble to find a solution yourself. Wasn't ideal, since I had a history with them prior. They mostly supports simple run of the tax mill filings but may have some other capabilities. Overall it was cheaper and just as effective to go with turbo tax if you have simple w-2's to file but you have to find the best fit for your tax needs. To update, now the owner is attacking me personally and name calling because they are getting defensive about this review, instead of taking accountability for their missteps and trying to resolve this in a more amicable and professional way. So instead of moving on in a professional manner I have been involved in back and forth emails all morning from the owner who has continued to attack me with name calling and aggressive defensiveness. Just a very unprofessional response from something that could have been avoided. Wish them all the best but, hopefully we can all learn and grow from this. I wonder if anyone else who have given not so stellar reviews are subject to this harassment and attacks?

We have had the pleasure of working with Terri and crew for the past 6 years. After we moved we tried to continue using our accountant back home, but it became too complicated. After bouncing around from one large tax prep company to another, we were extremely happy to find Terri! She knows her stuff, helping us with both business and personal taxes. She went above and beyond to help my mother in law who was in a very complicated situation. We couldn't be happier with Terri!
