“I usually go to a First Horizon bank in Durham, but was in the Wake Forest area to make a large purchase. An unexpected problem came up and so I went to the Wake Forest branch. The teller (Garnet) was extremely helpful in resolving this, going above and beyond my expectations. I greatly appreciate this bank's help in working out this situation to a positive result.”

“My husband passed away last month. I went in to this 5/3 branch to notify them, and to get advice on some financial difficulties I'm experiencing due to complications arising from his death.Brian greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and directed me to Jacob's desk. Jacob impressed me over and over with his depth of knowledge of all things banking and estate (how often does a new widow walk into a bank?). But even more than that... so much more than that... Jacob was remarkably KIND to me. He genuinely cared about me and the situation I was in. He listened to my concerns, asked a few very good questions, and showed me what all my options were. Then he went beyond being a banker and showed concern for my well-being: Having an account balance that wouldn't have bought a few days' groceries, Jacob found a way to keep me financially secure while I sort my way through this very difficult time. He had no idea who I was when I walked in that door, but he cared anyway. He made a HUGE difference in my life, and took away a tremendous stress that I'd been carrying. 1204 N Arendell Ave, Zebulon“Coming from a city and to living in Zebulon, this bank's staff is friendly and has an abundant amount of patience. This being one of 2 larger banks in the area definitely explains why they may be so overwhelmed with customers. When I stopped in, I noticed only a couple of tellers and the line was so long. The service I received from Dawn was definitely welcoming and exceptional. She was juggling dealing with customers standing in line and assisting someone like me, looking to open a business account. I was amazed at the foot traffic and the limited staff in the building, and thankful that I was able to get serviced.”
“I've been happy with my visits to this branch of the State Employees Credit Union. The times I've needed to go inside the staff has been friendly and helpful with what I've needed. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot and make a stop at the ATM. I've been coming here more often with my other bank closing its branch as the credit union is more convenient than that branch of the bank.”
