Look, I can not write well enough to express the level of customer service that I experienced at the Rolesville Storagemax yesterday! In a world where customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside this was such a pleasant experience and makes me realize exactly how important customer service is in the retail world. First, I called at 5pm knowing they closed at 5:30 and asked if I got there at 5:20 would they still be able to have time to rent me a unit before they closed or should I come back the next day. Tina said, “come on by, we’ll have time”. She said this without hesitation and there was no tone of “well, we don’t really have time but I can’t say no since technically we are open”! I for sure thought I would sense an attitude or feel rushed once I got there, but that was not the case at all! The whole process went smoothly, they were very organized and thorough. Andy, who was also there, went above and beyond as well without hesitation when he went to the back to see if there was a purple key ring since it was my favorite color and there were none in the front. No one even asked, he just disappeared and like a key ring fairy came back with a purple one for me.
Later that night I brought some items to my storage unit and was impressed with how neat and clean the inside of the unit was as well as the upkeep in the storage facility gated area. Comparatively their prices are competitive or lower than other places which was just icing on an already delicious cake! I recommend checking out the Storagemax in Rolesville, even if it means you have to travel a couple miles further! So worth it !

This storage was unique for our camper as it is covered. Our camper life was extended by this shelter and the location was convenient. We never had any worries after storms and the accessibility and security was exceptional.

Always such a pleasure to work with Suzanne and the entire staff at Rolesville Storage Max. They are knowledgeable on what they have available and what is needed to secure the spot. I have several units with them and highly recommend their facility!
