Would not help me unlock my online banking account. Told me to call back in few hours. I needed it unlocked immediately. Very unprofessional. Called Roseville branch, was treated with the the upmost professional service!!

Usually I don't have issues with this certain location but yesterday just irritated my soul. I shouldn't walk into a room and feel like I'm wrong for wanting to know if my name was taken off a loan! It's my choice and my credit if I decide it's not the right choice for me your job is to simply take me off the loan not try to be funny and say did someone make you sign it or make me feel like I shouldn't be in the room when i simply want clarity. Anything dealing with another person's information I'd be glad to walk out and allow y'all to continue doing what you're doing but the customer service dealing with me simply wanting clarity had me hot! I wasn't disrespectful nor did I get loud or use foul language so why was I treated like I had no place there??? You don't know anyone's personal life or what goes on even if someone says something that's one sided there's always 2 sides to a story. Me wanting to not be associated with another persons loan was a deeper meaning, You're not a therapist you're a loan officer do your job!!!!

I've been happy with my visits to this branch of the State Employees Credit Union. The times I've needed to go inside the staff has been friendly and helpful with what I've needed. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot and make a stop at the ATM. I've been coming here more often with my other bank closing its branch as the credit union is more convenient than that branch of the bank.

This branch in absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so caring and helpful. I have personally worked with Brigitte and Vinnie and they are AMAZING!Grateful to bank with SECU!!!

The bank tellers make the difference. I bank mainly at the Credit Union in Rolesville. I feel like I am visiting friends more than banking. I really do not want to have to bank elsewhere.

The staff is horribly trained and super rude! I hate that this is the closest one to my job so sometimes I'm forced to come here on my break! Not recommended. Very rude and slow customer service. They aren't knowledgeable about anything either. You ask to pay for an auto loan they put it on your personal loan and then never want to fix the mistake because they were rude and moving too fast. Lines are always wrapped around the building.

Totally unacceptable! Their systems always goes out on a payday! It's 3pm and I'm unable to touch my paycheck due to system errors with the State Employees Credit Union! Holiday weekend and I'm empty handed bc this Bank constantly have issues with their system going down. Taking my direct deposit to Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Anybody that's has a strong support system when the system crashes.
