“I just dropped off a ring for repair. The staff at this location are the best!! I have been buying jewelry from here for a few years now. Ashley and Jackie are always professional and handle all of my needs quickly. Even when the computers go down she was able to complete my work order and I was in and out in under 10 mins. “I had ordered a gold pendant online from an Etsy merchant, intending to use it with my own special gold chain, but when it arrived I realized that the fixed bale would not accept either end of the chain because the double locking clasp was too large. Not wanting to risk damage, I stopped trying to force it and went to Jared in Raleigh. I was greeted by Dennis, who very graciously held open the doors, led me to a seat, and offered me water. When I explained what I needed, he made a few suggestions (add a jump ring or change the bale) that I rejected. He then summoned Natalie, who took the pieces back into a workroom where some unnamed wizard managed to place my pendant on my chain very quickly and without damaging anything. When I asked what I owed, Dennis said "just come back!" Then Natalie locked the clasp for me (because I have some physical challenges, I need a chain that I can pull over my head without unlocking), held open the doors, and wished me a pleasant day as I left.
I am still in awe at their gracious service. I would recommend Jared to anyone looking for jewelry or repair work and I will certainly return if I do.”

The center gem of the ring seems to be looser now but doesn’t seem to be like it’ll cause an issue. They have the absolutely best service and pricing for ring sizing in the raleigh area.”

“I stopped in here yesterday (2/19/2024) and had the pleasure of meeting Dustin, Jeremy and James - I needed an adjustment on my (cheap but good) watch and since most jewelers/watch stores didn't want to waste the time I came here and I'm really glad I did. SUPER nice guys, VERY helpful, just the kind of place you like to hang out at even after you've transacted business. That's pretty rare these days - I'm 66 (well, 67 in April) and remember places like this from when I was younger growing up. The fact that these guys are about 10 minutes away from me, have a ton of cool stuff (literally!) and just are great guys that are fun to be around is the cherry on top. Can't believe I've lived nearby for almost 5 years and never stopped in before. As I told 'em yesterday, I am a future regular customer.....if only to see what NEW stuff has recently come through the door....

“Although I did not buy my engagement ring from their service was still excellent. I went to have my ring repaired because the prongs had come loose on the center stone. They thoroughly examined my ring and I found out my ring had inadequate prongs. They tightened the prongs at no charge. I will absolutely be buying a replacement setting from them in the future since the original setting was not adequately made by another jewelry store.”
