“Great experience. Bought a few coins when I was a kid and thirty years later started getting interested again starting from scratch. I took my young daughter who enjoyed looking around the shop. People working there were so helpful and really engaged with me and my daughter to make sure I got what I wanted and to spark some interest in the little one. Awesome shop and very appreciative.”

“Tammy in custom framing is angel sent from heaven above. I had never been into a Michaels before today. Never had a reason to. I went to custom framing I was a little dismayed by having to wait so long but that was because Tammy never rushed with dealing with a customer. When it was my turn she was honest straight forward about what to expect and figured out a solution to my problem that would meet my time demands and budget. I have never experienced customer service at this level. I am currently looking for other excuses to go to a Michaels store.”

“Michael,the manager of the store in knightdale was extremely kind,generous and helpful.He exceeded all expectations I had a poster to frame.The poster got damaged .Not only they paid for the price of the poster ,they also framed a new poster the way that i requested it free of charge. And all the staff were very helpful and kind. They have the best selection of flowers. Definitely recommend it.”

“This new location of Michael's is simplified and cleaner. It is a lot easier to walk around and find items now in the store.They did use to carry a lot more brands of different items, and I think this is what caused it to feel a bit full. Now, there is less, but it does not feel as overwhelming.My son and I enjoyed our time walking around the store looking at different items together.”
