This guy is a fraud, that is the best part. He abused me and threatened me when I went back to him to ask about the leak in the head gasket. I never give negative feedback to anyone, but this place needs to be investigated

I went to this place and had a great experience with the person I was speaking to, he was really kind and he showed me the part for my car showing me proof. They did an excellent job on my car, gave me a fair price, and it didn't take to long either. Anyways it was an amazing experience being there and I will surely come back.

Judging by the bad reviews, this company is very good at doing a terrible job! Be very careful! They will tell you one price and charge more than double. When provided with proof of price given by worker they wouldn’t honor it and started ignoring calls like a 6 year old child does. If i could give 0 stars i would. I wouldn’t call this a business more like a SCAM. BEWARE!!!

I do as much of my own work on my truck as I can , but when jobs come too big I can always count on Expert Auto. He has serviced my cars over 10 yrs. I am very happy with his work . I couldn’t ask for better costumer service.Services: Steering & suspension repair

WARNING!!!He lie,he steals,he doesn't give invoices,he'll damage your car and say it wasn't him,he'll do things to keep you coming back to spend more Money..Please do yourself a favor and don't go there!He even acts very religious.God Will punish him this year for the 4or 5k That he scammed me out of..??

Kept my transmission, stole,my battery and wrecked my car..Com to find out the transmission wasn't even bad,I'm pretty sure he used it for a car thay my old transmission will fit..Lawyer is working on things as we speak!!City Car Sales Just down the street is a great!Tell them Nicky Hicks sent youServices: Transmission replacement

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Trash business, trash owner. Do not go here. The owner is an extortionist. Save your money and time just go to a credible mechanic shop. I was extorted for nearly $5000 for a brake job and “storage fees” of $45/day. Did not want to provide an itemized copy of fees nor any forms period. He said he had a lien on my mothers car and would sell it and I confirmed with DMV that was a lie. Storage signs were not visible nor posted for the public. He now has them out front after he removed boxes and trash sitting in front of it. After that he had the nerve to say it would take from 1-2hrs to give me the car. I called Rolesville PD at that time and Mike was feeling rather emotional and didn’t like what I had to say about it and trespassed me from the property as if I would be caught dead in that filthy eye sore dump ever LOL! Literally in tears laughing. Believe the reviews and poor star ratings. Any other positive reviews are being created by the owner to combat the real negative reviews. Check the profiles, they are all brand new accounts with little to no activity other than rating him. He’s a well known scammer. Rolesville PD will confirm, I also showed them the entire recorded encounter. They weren’t surprised. He’s a scum POS. Wouldn’t spit on the guy if he was on fire. We are currently in ligation and a police report has been filed for his shady business practices. Go somewhere else or you’ll regret it.Services: Car towing

I was so disappointed with my service due to unfilled jobs (AC jobs). He will bleed you from one job to another job, if you allow him. Not drawing a long narrative, but you take your chance with him. There are better shops down the road and honesty.Services: Brakes
