If I could give 0 I would. Not only has this pharmacy shorted me on my Birth Control prescription 4-5 times in the last 2 1/2 years that I’ve been coming to this store (making me have to come all the way back to the store to get it corrected) they now don’t want to even fill my prescription the way my Dr prescribed it after 2 1/2 years of filling it this same way. I’ve attempted to call and have been told 2 different times the pharmacist would call me and here I am still waiting for my call back. I’ll be moving all my scripts to another store after the no call backs! It’s one thing to waste someone’s time because you made a mistake it’s a whole nother to waste someone’s time not doing your JOB and even calling patients back! Surprised this pharmacy still has any business with the way they treat patients.

I had a very negative experience with Shavon, the pharmacy tech. I went to the drive thru to pick up a prescription and after waiting for 4 minutes I pressed the button to alert them of my arrival. No response. I then blew my horn. Shavon angrily comes to the window and notifies me that she was aware that I was in line and asked me "what did I want." I told her that nothing and that I would come into the store. I went into the store, picked up my prescription and asked the ckerk the name of the pharm tech and the manager on duty. I reported this incident to Jeannette (the team lead) She asked me if the pharmacist was aware. The customer service of the staff at CVS Rolesville has declined tremendously. Shavon was rude, frazzled, disrespectful and not a good candidate to work with the public. I hope that Shavon receives training on respect, courtesy and how to treat customers. CVS get it right.

I wanted to send a BIG 'Thank You' to Helene, PharmD, at CVS Pharmacy in Rolesville. She has been such a blessing in helping me to navigate through insurance red tape to ensure I receive my needed medications on more than one occasion. Thank you kindly!

Horrible experience. Lady tech with short blond hair has an attitude that always seems to be there. Very unpleasant. We’re obviously picking up medicine because we don’t feel well and then we have to deal with your attitudes on top of it. Ridiculous. Even doctor assistants have complained about calling in prescriptions to you all.

Came to pick up a photo of my newborn at the photo area... the lady working the photo area saw me and just kept working on some cardboard fold outs. I stood there for about 5mins and asked very politely "Excuse me, is there anyone working the photo area here? I have an order for pick up."She paused, turned around with the snottiest attitude and said "Uhhh. Yeah. That's me.." turned around all condescending and pointed at her station "Working with photos. That's what I'm doing. And no, go to the register. You can't pick them up."Apparently you can't get decent customer service either. There's a reason I rarely come into this CVS.

I called the Rolesville store to get my prescription. I was told that they didn't have it and no other CVS has it and I need to call Walgreens. Then I was hung up on. I called another CVS and they had it. Extremely poor customer service Rolesville!

I’ve been using this pharmacy off and on for a little over a year now. Places are short staffed and I really try to be understanding about that. This location, however, has gone from being short staffed to flat out horrible service. My last 2-3 encounters have been met with pharmacy employees who refuse to assist with getting medications filled. More than once I’ve been told they’re busy and just won’t answer my questions-what?? At one point a staff member (who knows nothing about me or my medical history) tried to tell me what is and isn’t “good for me” when I was asking if they had a medication in stock-prescribed to me by by doctor mind you. She actually became argumentative with me and I simply had to hang up. The drive thru has been closed for months on end. It is near impossible to get prescriptions filled here. If you have the choice, don’t waste your time. It will cause you nothing but headaches and will still leave you empty handed and transferring your prescriptions elsewhere.

We transferred all prescriptions from Duke since this was close to home. We felt good about it because Jasmine helped us get numerous medications straight and we were communicating regularly over the phone. She called every day until it was all successfully resolved. I thought wow, this is going to be great! Never saw her again and was told she went to work at another store. Since then and less than a month it all went downhill. No one seems to care and are just plain rude. They are under staffed and have no time to explain anything. This is our insurance preferred pharmacy. These medications are literally a matter of life or death. It’s too bad the only employee who seemed to care was moved. I hope the higher ups at CVS will see this and take some action.

While they are always busy, the Pharmacist and pharmacy team are both professional and approachable at this CVS. Even with the constant flow of walk up customers, the drive thru and constant phone calls as they fill prescriptions - they are always polite and take the time to answer questions.

The Pharmacists answered the phone and said oh it’s you it’s 7:00pm I don’t have time for you we close at 8:00pm. Needless to say this medicine was a blood thinner and was out of it. Needed it 9 days ago and still got the run around from her. Very rude none English lady. Will not be back…. She should be written up for this. Not giving someone a medication that keeps them from having life threatening issues like PEs should not be working at a pharmacy if she does not care about LIFE!!!

I went to get a 12-pill pain medication prescription filled that was prescribed for me while I was out of town due to an ER visit. The pharmacy tech asked whether the location where the prescription was written was out of the country or out of the state when the IN STATE phone number and address for the facility was clearly listed on the prescription. The pharmacist, Helene, then refused to fill the prescription because "she's seen this 'red flag' before". Another pharmacy down the street verified the prescription with the prescribing doctor, and noted that it was very easy to tell that the prescription was valid given the doctor's signature and the fraud prevention indicators on the actual script. I appreciate covering your behind, but maybe checking the validity of the prescription before making an assumption about the patient.
