They'll have you covered, from savings to checking to loans and mortgages. Followed by depositing check in person the teller was very nice andPersonable , didn’t catch anyone’s names but she was nice as well as the older gentleman who helped me with my account and discussed credit card”
“I have been a member of SECU since 2012. I have gotten personal loans/vehicle loans, and I even have a Credit Card with SECU and NEVER had an issue with paying them. I try to get a small loan yearly in order to boost my credit score and strengthen my payment history with credit union with the hopes reflect a good payment relationship for when I buy a home with them. As I am in progress of trying to renew a loan the branch manager explains to me that I could get an OPEN line of credit instead of making hard inquiries on my credit report every year. I was so ecstatic because NO one has ever explained to me that, that was even an option with SECU. That right there is how you help your customers and honestly, I hope all their employees hop on speaking to their customers who are coming in to get the loans, we trust that you all know how to help us and what we should do in the loan aspect of it. The Branch Manager explained to me how all the loans with credit union work. I am really thankful that someone took a moment and explained that to me because he did not have to. In addition, he was nice, diligent and thorough. Thanks!”

“My husband passed away last month. I went in to this 5/3 branch to notify them, and to get advice on some financial difficulties I'm experiencing due to complications arising from his death.Brian greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and directed me to Jacob's desk. Jacob impressed me over and over with his depth of knowledge of all things banking and estate (how often does a new widow walk into a bank?). But even more than that... so much more than that... Jacob was remarkably KIND to me. He genuinely cared about me and the situation I was in. He listened to my concerns, asked a few very good questions, and showed me what all my options were. Then he went beyond being a banker and showed concern for my well-being: Having an account balance that wouldn't have bought a few days' groceries, Jacob found a way to keep me financially secure while I sort my way through this very difficult time. He had no idea who I was when I walked in that door, but he cared anyway. He made a HUGE difference in my life, and took away a tremendous stress that I'd been carrying. Jacob, I thank you, and my husband (I know) thanks you as well. ❤️Brian, you have a GEM working for you. “I've been happy with my visits to this branch of the State Employees Credit Union. The times I've needed to go inside the staff has been friendly and helpful with what I've needed. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot and make a stop at the ATM. I've been coming here more often with my other bank closing its branch as the credit union is more convenient than that branch of the bank.”
