“Worked with Will on ordering a complete bolt in Dana 60 rear axle for my Jeep TJ. He was great to work with and fully understood exactly what I was looking for. Order process was extremely easy. Couple of months later the build started and Nolan contacted me to verify payment. I received the axle and their crating is amazing!!! I thought it was going to show up on a pallet, but it is in a well designed crate, fully secure and in perfect condition. Installed the axle and every detail I went over with Will on what I needed was as expected. I am about half way through the break in of the axle and it is running great!!!! “I've owned several Saab's over the years and after taking my car to Superior I can't imagine going anywhere else!!! Jason, the service manager was so nice and super helpful when it came to explaining what issues my car had been having. They did something called a digital inspection of my car, where I got sent a report through my phone that showed me pictures of my car and the problem areas. They also gave me a free window treatment just for coming in. Overall, super impressed with this company and how comfortable I felt going there, definitely recommend!”

“Communication was good between staff and myself regarding my cars progress, but the pickup date was pushed back a few times.
The work was good and they repaired my car well, although they mistakenly cracked my windshield while putting it back on and it is advancing daily. The person handling my car, Sonny, said that he has ordered the new part and that we will set up a future date to replace it free of charge. While that is a little bit of a headache, I appreciate him taking time to make sure everything is right.”

I had already received another estimate from another body shop for $1600. Amy, at Piperformance, came out and looked at the damage. She thought it could be buffed out but also explained that if it couldn't be buffed out, all that would go into making the repair. A technician came out and was indeed able to buff it out. The expensive repair was not called for and they did not even charge me for what they did. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone!”

Had a little issue with calibration not passing for some reason or another but Caliber made it right no hesitation.
Ladies upfront were perfect. Had plenty coffee, water and popcorn in the little waiting area.
Only issue was the guest WiFi was a little in and out.”
