I appreciate them very much. They are responsible and very kind. They took care of my dogs and still do. You may not always be able to be seen soon but they do try very hard.

Butterfinger loves to visit with his girl friends here!! All staff are kind, gentle, and professional. He never hesitates to scamper in and keep wagging his tail.

I've only been bringing my dog here for a couple of months but every visit has been great. Always been able to get my dog in pretty quick for almost anything & staff is super friendly. Dr Swanson sees my dog & she's awesome with her. My dog even openly loves Swanson & the rest of the staff which is a little rare for her at the vets. I'm super appreciative of all the staff for everything they do!

Vet tech sent me home with an empty bottle of meds for my dog (I didn't notice until I was home) and told me I must have lost them. (?) They owe me $30 and an apology instead of the attitude I got over the phone. But the veterinarian herself was great.

We love this Vet. We originally took our dogs to A Country Vet but ended up coming here because the people who work here are great. Our dog loves coming here.

We’ve been going to Rocky Point Animal Hospital for the past 8 years. I’ve purchased their membership plan the last 8 years and I’ve always pay additional for extra testing when we go. I called to schedule my senior dog wellness/vaccination visit which is included in our $500 a year plan and the additional services that are only discounted at 5%.WELL towards the end the call/scheduling…I told the receptionist can you please put in the note that he has 2 new lumps, I will like to get them checked, if I have to pay for biopsy I will. She responded OH WELL I will need to change the type of appointment to an emergency visit, so that’s not covered on the plan??? I responded; but the veterinarian is going to see him at the wellness appointment and she already seen him in March with similar lumps during his appointment. Yes, but you have concerns and that’s not part of a wellness visit and you will have to pay for this emergency appointment. AghhhShe didn’t show any remorse or care for my dog. Maybe a I’m sorry he has more lumps, I will add the notes and she will discuss at your visit. Don’t recommend!

I liked the veterinarian and the front desk staff. Only had two visits here as on the second visit I got sent home with two medications for my dog and one of the bottles was empty. The vet tech insists not only did she put the pills in the bottle but she showed them to me.I'm not sure if they thought I was trying to steal dog antibiotics or what but they charged me another $30 to get more and I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get it worked out, including a 10 minute hold time one day. Very frustrating. I would have understood an honest mistake but this doubling down and denial of it makes me worried about what's going on behind the scenes there. We won't be back.

I was offered a job at the front desk. Before I started the Owner told me about how the previous person quit. ?then I was told I would need to make sure to give a full 2 weeks notice if I were to quit and they would do the same. ?I was super excited, put my notice in at my current job, and accepted. I thought everything was going great. I felt like I got along with everyone just fine. I had never worked in a vets office before, so I needed time to get to know the job. After 1 week I was told that my work was great, that I was catching on quickly to the job, however I didn't "fit in" well enough and I just wasn't the "right person" for the job. Everything they had told me in the interview process was a lie. I didn't get a 2 weeks notice or anything. After that and the way I saw employees treated and how some of them spoke about the clients, I will never take my pets there. I have a new job and an amazing new vet.

Excellent vet services. I have taken all my animals here for the past 20 years. Always caring, patient with the animals, willing to answer all my questions.
