This bank is the worst Woodforest Bank I have ever dealt with. Manager has absolutely no concern for the customer, only with how things affect her. Very rude, and half the time when you walk up to the counter and there are 3 employees, 1 waiting on another customer, the other two head for the back room seemingly to avoid waiting on a customer. The attitude in this bank is off the charts bad. Would never bank here, am here only because employer banks here and have to make daily deposits. I watched an interaction between the manager and a customer, and the customer was being scolded and was being spoken to in a very demeaning tone. They DESPERATELY need customer service training in this location, or a new staff.

I been banking at this branch since 2005, they have always been polite and courteous. Woodforest itself is up on fraud and will protect your account real quick.

The bank app crashing all the time an they will not fix it so to get the paper statements they have a fee of $3.00 then to get a debit card it's a $15.00 fee alot of banks don't make you pay for that but if you lost it they will have a fee but not to get one

The teller I personally had to deal with at this location was completely rude and snapped at me because I came in 20 min before close and asked to exchange $1,000 worth of $20 bills into $100 bills and told me they couldn't do that because they were about to close? I have over $20,000 in my account with this bank and I can tell you the way I was treated has me looking for a new bank to put my money in. Never been treated so terribly by a teller in my whole life. Pure laziness on her end just because she didn't want to do her job. In my opinion if you are open until 7 you work until 7 not 20 min before close.
