Time is money… and Wells Fargo, you are guilty of wasting both.You need more tellers at this location. The ones you do have act like they don’t want to be here. Most likely because they are overwhelmed. Please, I’ve been doing business with you guys since 2010, but I’m considering switching. The wait times are simply ridiculous and demonstrates your lack of respect for my time.Two stars because the ladies you do have working here are great at what they do, just not enough of them.

Never more than 1-2 tellers working and always a long line. Terrible Service. Makes no sense to have to stand in line every day 30-45 min to do a business deposit.

I have been in twice and found the atmosphere very unwelcoming at the Benvenue branch. I felt totally uncomfortable and will not put any money nor do any transactions here with the present manager or staff. I am not a complainer but after today feel a need to express my feelings. Will not go in again. Condescending

I am sorry but if your organization has still not adjusted their operations to start returning to providing services its time for them to declare bankruptcy. If you are a customer, get your money now and find a professional bank. Thank goodness I was not able to open an account, I cannot imagine how they treat you when you become a customer.

I made a appointment the First time and they call me to reschedule in which is fine . What I didn’t like is the day that they set the new appointment comes and I show up to my appointment and they tell me at the door they can’t receive me because the banker is not there. They should of call me to let me know Instead of me driving 30 minutes .. DONT BANK HERE !

Only helpful employee was Ms Ella Jones at Benvenue Branch . She has great customer service. She should be the Manager. The Manager sat in the office didn't come out to see if anyone needed anything while everyone sat there waiting and waiting and waiting. Closed down Sunset Branch and don't have enough help at Benvenue. Just plain stupid!

This bank has the worst customer service ever. They do not care at all about a customer. Its not the ridiculous wait times but the ridiculous excuses for making every visit as hard as they possibly can. And God help you if you have a diability

The Benvenue Wells Fargo is the absolute worst bank to go to if you expect any kind of customer service at all. They could care less about their customers especially if you in need of help. Forget it

Lines are always long in the drive thru. Barely moves. Act like they are scared to staff the window with more than 2 tellers. Tellers are flip flopping back and forth from window to counter. If you want to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour in line you found the right bank. I'll be leaving Wells Fargo after today. Ridiculous

Benvenue branch is a joke. Drive through service is ridiculous. I understand the covid situation. That is all the more reason to have the Sunset branch open at least for drive through service. At least the tellers there know what they are doing.
