Hopefully you dont ever have any questions or need help finding anything, because no one is ever willing to help. You’re better off asking another customer than an employee.

Tech. Guy wasn't going to put the oil I had 5 30 weight oil he said it wasn't factory weight oil , I was there 1 hour before that . I was hot.

There is a long line to check out. Usually out of products. I am tired of having to self checkout. The self checkouts will double charge you for some reason. When I tried to get help with a double charge the employee said she deleted the charge but she didn't. This was my last time shopping at Walmart.

Not only did they sell me the wrong cabin air filter for my car (put my vehicle into the app and purchased what I was told), but they make it very difficult to return. I got there to return it, only to be told that customer service closes two hours before the store does. They said they could not give me my money back and I would have to make a completely different trip to come back tomorrow.
If the store is open to take my money, they should be available to give it back. Why is customer service closing before the store does, and why are the hours not on your Google listing? Who knows if I'll get my money back.

I like the Rocky Mount Walmart and the Clerks are usually wonderful! I hate self service and probably do not buy as much or go as often because of this!
