I was calling trying to get my prescription refilled and my normal pharmacy was out, the woman that answered the phone was very hostile and rude towards me, to the point my partner asked what happened to set her off. She needs some training in customer service.

They have made multiple mistakes with prescriptions, and their system for reordering prescriptions from the doctor has also failed multiple times. If I can get in and out with the correct prescription in one trip that takes less than 20 minutes I count it a win.

Adam was very rude at drive in window, speaker quality is poor and Adam seemed very put out that I could not hear him asking me my name, of course if he would have slid the draw out i was holding my credit card and drivers licenses out the window to drop in the box. He seemed to not to want to take them, would not push out the draw even as I waived them. He finally slid the mask off his face and took my BD. Pointedly still not allowing me to drop my cards he left. I was not sure he was returning as he rolled his eyes at me. He was very short and very annoyed at me or at life in general when he returned i am not sure. Will find another Walgreens. Gave never had this kind of issue at previous Walgreens.

There are a lot of great people to help you out with different things, and very kind. Not like they are just there, don't get me wrong there are a few like that but most are very nice helpful and cheerful.
