This store always help me out with any of my situations! I've encountered most of these friendly "Verizoners" and never leave dissatisfied for any reason so this review is for everyone. Today Deante helped me with my lost phone so special shot out to him.

I called the wrong store and despite being from Virginia Arnold sat on a 40 minute call with me to assist a major issue I had with a SIM card. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Arnold is a GOAT for this and definitely receives all the praise.
