Sheila Sweet was my consultant who helped me with my upgrade, she gave extraordinary service, had an amazing attitude and the environment was very smooth and calming, I wonderful place to be and shop, she thoroughly explained the process and we had some laughter, a very lovely lady who seems to enjoy her work, I very much enjoyed my stay at that store. I had a problem with wanting to change my cable company. I have had a phone with US Cellular from many many years but I did not know that there they had a service for internet access. It was simple to do and very affordable. There are also discounts available for certain categories which anyone can avail themselves of. The manager is excellent and goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. I'm very grateful for their help and excited to have this new service that they are now offering.

its not exactly this store...just uscellular in general...they compute bills with charges that seem unfair and does not make sense.....

treasure was the associate that helped me, but i got to interact with two of the managers. they were all so nice &treasure was beyond willing to help any way she could. the environment was very calm and pleasant. the building inside was very clean.

I purchased a phone from them and decided to not keep the phone went with cheaper company. The phone was returned without the time frames provided. Was advised that I would received a high bill and then I would receive my actual bill. They continuously sending me a $706 dollar bill contacted them today and was told they couldn’t provide me any info was sent to collections. I was extremely disappointed a $706 bill for less than two weeks and the phone was returned. There customer service has really hit the bottom. Thank God I decided not to do business with them!!!!! Be careful dealing with them...just waiting to contact corporate hopefully they can help resolve the issue that should’ve never occurred from the beginning..Do better!!!!

The sales person that helped me at this location "Cequari Wynn" gave me false information about what my monthly bill was going to be. The ONLY reason I agreed to switch to US Cellular is because I was under the assumption that I would be paying roughly the same for 2 new phones and unlimited data with the plan and deals that they were offering at the time versus what I was already paying at Verizon for 2 phones that were payed off with only 8GB of data. I'm beyond furious because now from what I'm being told the only way I can get my payment within the range I was told it would originally be...I would need to either change my plan, or pay off both phones and the accessories I purchased for the phones at the time I signed up. There is no excuse for this and I truly hope that his actions don't go unpunished. As for US Cellular, know that I will be looking to switch to another provider ASAP!!!
