I am beyond upset. I litterally stepped to the back of my business, walk to the front of the store it’s a we missed you sign on the door. Store light says open & my open sign but because my store hours say 10 he didn’t even pull the door just stuck the sign on the door for a package I need today!!! I wish I had my old driver he would have never done this!!!!

They used to be so reliable and now they arw horrible my package always late and then they gave them to the post office and then that's another day when they just could have message me to pick my package up and let's not talk about the drivers they're always on the phone throwing packages from the corner of the house to the porch do better ups

The delivery guy here is terrible at his job, my wife and I work everyday and we can't even order stuff on Amazon because this dense individual always refuses to deliver, UPS has told us on multiple occasions a signature is not required on our specific order. This delivery guy insists it is required and continues to refuse delivery. If you can't do your job and deliver packages, get out of that UPS van and be a greeter at Walmart you lazy POS.

Have always had good service with UPS and I know that time is valuable for their bottom line but I wish more emphasis was given to the drivers about SLOWING DOWN IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.

Very fast service was alot of people there and I had 9 packages to send out. The young man who waited on us was fast and efficient. Had packages going to the east coast and the west coast and in between.

I livre on a small street, with children. A UPS driver came down my street doing about 30mph. A one way in, way out street. So you know how small the road is. It is NOT okay for UPS drivers to drive like they're on a race track.

Trash. Well they deliver the box my item was once in, they obviously taped the box after going thru or losing the contents. Tried contacting the craphole and of course you can't get a rep to answer or return your call within 5 days "as of today". Like everywhere else as of late, they want top pay, but refuse to put in the least amount of effort to deserve it. Looks like I'm sticking with FedEx.

I don’t know if they can’t read but they keep delivering my package to any empty house. So they missed delivered 4 packages of mines one which got stolen from the empty house. Called to complain and the driver supervisor was ignorant and non compassionate about the situation and also no help at all and was trying to over talk me I hope Amazon stop using UPS

The office always lies about attempted delivery's & incorrect address. They will put it in the system that you didn't answer the door or thats you address was wrong as a way to avoid service failure fees. Unprofessional & something needs to be done. UPS knows the drivers & management does this & that is why they make it impossible to go through customer service & get a refund. Do not use them EDIT(reply to UPS): The next morning after writing this review my packaged arrived with a note "good address" so im guessing they've seen the review & followed up the issue but sadly since it took 4 more days than the original delivery date my bakery bread arrived thawed & with little mold spots so now I have to order it all over again... hopefully this time the order arrives in the allotted time period that the bread's shelf life is dependent on.

I sent my wife flowers for her birthday 10/27 . They did not arrive. They said the address was incorrect. But checking with sender the correct address was given. But I still went through the process of verifying and make sure proper address was received. Package was eventually sent back to shipper . Package was sent out again on 11/05 for delivery. And UPS still giving same excuse about adress.My last time dealing with UPS. KEEP THE DAMN FLOWERS. Tracking # (1z8e9r53p293405267 )
