I was amazed I walked in and the line without the door and I was like oh this is gonna take forever well lo and behold the two people working at the register we’re getting people in and out of there so quickly it was unbelievable. I don’t even think I said in line 2 minutes, they were polite. They were kind and they were very helpful.

They are very kind and considerate and helpful. The line is always moving no matter how busy it is. I really like this store and use the "Pack and Ship" option often. I really like this store and always use it whenever I need to. Way cheaper than the Post Office!

Whoever the young lady was working on Thursday afternoon 3/7, thank you so much. She was amazingly kind & went above and beyind. She took my phone & fixed 2 returns with Amazon for me, which she didn’t have to do. Great customer service, she made things so easy for me.

I have done many returns over the year and this store has always provided excellent service. I have never had an issue with their processing the returns and hardly ever have to wait in a line. They also are very courteous and friendly.

Trash absolute trash delivered my package to the wrong house now they can't recover or find it I have been trying and calling around for 2 hours and I've got nothing but automated messages it is impossible to speak to a real person call the Rocky Mount location the phone doesn't even ring it just hangs up on you I will never use UPS in my life ever again I never wanted to use them this time but the place that I ordered from happens to use you guys never voluntarily use UPS pepper
