Shame on UPS warehouse handlers and driver's. I ordered a treadmill from QVC that was delivered on May 19th 2021, when I tell you I'm too ashamed of how my package was treated. Clearly on the package it says, fragile, handle with care.If this is how warehouse handlers and drivers handle with care, UPS needs to start reevaluating their hiring process. My thought is when accept jobs that require heavy lifting or lifting in general, if the package is too heavy ask for help. My package traveled from Rocky Mountain, NC to Hagerstown, MD, did anyone know how to handle with care.Looking at my package, my mind so don't open it, but I was really giving UPS the benefit of the doubt that the treadmill was a little bruised but not broken, it was both, damaged and broken.I called QVC and told them about the poor service as well as the broken merchandise, they ordered a pickup and going to send a replacement treadmill.I'm scared to get the replacement because if this is the quality of work being done, this back and forth process is going to last awhile. I'm not going to accept damaged goods. If the new box is damaged/demolished like the first, I'm not going to accept it.TeresaHagerstown, MD
