This is actually the sorriest tractor supply I’ve ever been to. Me and my boyfriend found a stray puppy that wasn’t doing well and wanted to wait for the pet vet to come to Greenville so we could take her like we did our other two dogs when we found them. Unfortunately they weren’t going to be in Greenville by the time we needed to take her so we drove to rocky mount to see the vet they had at tractor supply. I kid you not the lady at the deck of the vet place took one look at our puppy and said they couldn’t see her the actual vet peeked from the room but didn’t come out. We asked if there was a reason and she didn’t give us one just stated they could not see her and weren’t going to look at her. I honestly started to cry I felt so bad for her that we drove 40 minutes to get her help just for this lady who probably doesn’t know anything about animals to say they just can’t see our puppy with no reason!!! What kind of place is that obviously not a place we want to take any of our animals so we told them they were a sorry place and we would take her to a actual vet who knew there stuff. So we took her over to riverside which wasn’t cheap but the nicest people ever I would highly recommend you just take your animals to a actual vet then spend less money but have people work on your animals that don’t even seem to care about animals. We had a great experience in Greenville with our first 2 puppies when they came to tractor supply but this place at tractor supply in rocky mount is just sorry!!! But thank you to riverside for treating our puppy like a puppy and giving her the help she needed she is doing much better!

Usually they would get a five star from me, but I think today was just a bad day for BRENDA. I went to give my dog a wash and he did have a little accident inside the store and I did CLEAN IT UP. But as I was leaving my brother that was with me told me that he urinated by the entrance so I called and was trying to explain to Brenda that he urinated by the door but she kept insisting that he doo doo by the door. He DID NOT doo doo by the entrance door, he had urinated. When I called and brenda picked up the phone with a attitude automatically and cut me off when I was trying to explain the situation that had happened. She was very rude. This review probably doesn’t matter but please BRENDA you can be a little nicer. I’m a constant customer because I Iove the wash services that are offered. I don’t think I will be back for a minute, Brenda really made me uncomfortable. Like I have stated, maybe it was just a bad day for her, but you know the profession that you picked. Other than that, all other staff was very friendly.

Second time I've been here in a week and both times I was completely ignored.I could not get any assistance from any of the sales associates.I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and when somebody finally came up from the back and I asked for a tap and die set he pointed at a cashier and said ask her and he headed out the door.When I voiced my dissatisfaction and started for the door they then started asking me what I wanted.I have very long hair and honestly I think I'm being ignored because they are biased.In the past year nearly every time I've been in there no one has been friendly towards meThey're all very indifferent when they do talk to me.It feels as if they don't want to be bothered or don't want to be around me in particular because they're swarming around all the other customers trying to assist.I'm the maintenance supervisor for a group of privately owned local hotels.I'm done with tractor supplyI'll be shopping at Lowe's exclusively from now on.If this is in fact because of how I look then this is ridiculous.Especially in this day and age.I haven't been treated this way since 1975.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Ms. Lori( Rocky Mount NC) location. She works in the garden department. Ms. Lori was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the plants in the garden. She took the time to show and explain every question and I had a lot. We need more workers like Ms. Lori. Very pleasant personality. Thank you Ms. Lori ☺️

This is a cool store. They have all the mowers, clothes, feed for deer, and a lot more to meet your needs. I love to just go in there to lookThey have dog and cat food and other feed for farm animals. It is just a really cool place to shop
