I come twice a week to clean my vehicle and I always come around 8:05 am and have to wait 20-30 minutes because the manager is never on time at the site however I'm always greeted with a smile from the same two employees Torin and Javarius. If I'm paying my membership on time the manager should be on time the manager that overseas this property has a very bad attitude and doesn't know the meaning of being on time when running the business therefore this month will be the last month I pay for a membership here I rather take my money and business elsewhere.

Finally got through a wash without having to wipe the bugs from front of vehicle... it took for there to be women at the front, the other male crew is typically more concerned about their conversation... great job ladies.. women 1... men none (try again)

Half the equipment at this location is doesn't work half the time. You get a partial service, rather than the full service.

Excellent automatic brushless wash setup. Free vacuum stations for customers. Pleanty of room, shade, clean cloths, window cleaner for no rush, self-detailing.

The tire treatment actually makes the tires shine! And the vacuum cleaners have good suction as well.

I have a family plan with two vehicles. The final stage buffer is almost constantly out of order and has not been working at all for over a month. They have a sign up that asks for a five star review on Google or to speak to the manager. Yes, I spoke to the manager and was told that he was new and it was broken when he got there. He is no longer new and the buffer is still inoperative. I think it is time to cancel my membership.

Awesome staff! Thank you to the attendant that immediately came over to assist us and get us back on the road with our lil one. We are forever grateful that you went over and beyond to get us going. Davion or Debo as he said his nickname was the young man was very informative about what I was looking for he was also very honest about what each wash does he was patient and he was also able to do some extra work which was Shine my Rims because they needed some TLC. Nice to see young people with common sense and can keep eye contact these days?

Tidal wave in Rocky Mount is stealing from customers the equipment is faulty the dry and shine roller only work for two weeks then down 8 months but the still offer the wash knowing the machine is broke sounds like a good lawsuit to me and vacuum has been broken for weeks

I travel to Rocky Mount often to visit family and I always go through the car wash when I get into town. But lately it has been a much more pleasant experience. And the grounds are looking a lot better. I love the new change. Keep up the good work!
