I have been in twice this week. Once on Monday to expand my plan and purchase a hotspot. After 45 min I left after watching 3 employees "attempt" to assist 2 customers. Customer care had me go to the store Wednesday to get a new SIM card to fix a problem. Customer care attempted to call the store. When I got there, all three employees were working with what appeared to be one customer. I was advised to wait as they would get to me when they could. This is the third warranty issue in 8 months. Their coverage is getting worse as is the customer service.

Reposting this review' since someone took it down....I would give less than a full star if 'I was able to.. let me start by saying I will never go back to the store to do anything dealing with T-Mobile . On 4/13/23 @ 7:22pm, I visited this location to get my modem I got from them I a few years ago replaced. Since it' started slowing down and messing up over the past couple of weeks. When I walked in, I was looked at like I was a stray dog that just came in by chance, and they're in a rush to get me to leave. I explained to them what I was told by customer service to go there and to exchange my modem. Well, they got my account info(snickering the whole time) and then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't help me . I didn't live in an area with 5G coverage according to their information, and the modem they had would not work in my area. I told that I had 5G coverage the whole time I was at my home, and they merely laughed at told me i was wrong (just brushing me out the door)..

Beware the lies! Best avoid T-Mobile. They tell you they’ll pay off your phone if you switch to T-Mobile. They said my bill would be $45 a month, so I switched. They I get an $800 bill from US Cellular for my phone. Called T-Mobile. They said it would be 3 weeks to 3 months, that I had to pay the bill and they’d pay me back! Good-bye T-Mobile!

I had a problem with my phone and had to use an older phone. Since I'm old and don't know squat how to fix a phone I had to ask for some help. The young lady at T-Mobile who helped me was pleasant, very helpful and patient and got me all fixed up. I definitely recommend T-Mobile.

Went into this store multiple times, none of the staff know what they’re talking about. First time wasted about 2 hours all to be told to call in for my purchase, whole time the man was talking about his lunch break like I was the inconvenience. He also was ready to charge me $80 when the actual price was $50 for what I went in for. This last time went in to turn in an old phone and was told BY CUSTOMER SERVICE to take my phone into the store and not send it through mail, explained my situation, and the same man kept telling me NO couldn’t be done. Didn’t look up my account, where he would’ve found a note saying to take the phone back, didn’t ask me anything just kept saying it couldn’t be done. Made a call yet again and they told me I was right and I had to drive 30 minutes away to take the phone, finally got the help I needed. Just cut your losses and find a different store, hopefully in the future the owner will come to his/her senses and get these workers retrained.

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever received!! Don’t go here unless you don’t mind NOT knowing what you will have to pay on your bill after buying a new phone. My boyfriend switched to T-Mobile during a promotion they were having. The representative “helping” us chose the plan and added insurance to the phone without giving my boyfriend a choice or options. They didn’t have a pamphlet of the plans either. We walked out with a phone that we have no clue what the monthly bill will be or trade in value will be. How can you expect your customers to be responsible for a payment that you won’t or “can’t” tell them what it is??? Highly upset with the service that we received. Oh and I can’t forget to mention how the representative told me that I was “TRIPPIN TRIPPIN” because I was asking questions about the process (because I was also interested in switching to T-Mobile) whoever hired these employees need to reevaluate their decisions because this is the type of unprofessionalism that will drive potential customers away!!!!

Employees don't know anything about there products. Was quoted one price then came back to purchase only to find out I was given the wrong price and then after the manager telling me all this the price then changes again. This was ridiculous!!!

It's Unfortunate that this particular location is represented by Sprint and T-Mobile. The customer service is horrendous. My mom didn't want to return back to this store because of this rude afro american male who works there however, she decided to go back because the Mgr. was so helpful with her prior visit. My 73 year old mother went to upgrade her phone for her birthday and the same afro american man belittled her yet again and directed her to call customer service. Management should really consider staffing people who will respect thier clientele. Thank you young man for trying to damper my mother's spirit but you didn't. I pray no one every belittles your loves ones

I literally just got up to the store at 8:19pm and the doors was locked. But the window said they closed at 9pm. Bad look for the company
