Terrible service, someone should do something for the customers. with the place empty, all the employees looking at their cell phones and eating. We were in the parking lot with a burst tire since early morning, when they opened at 8 am, we asked for help and they reluctantly gave us an appointment for 5 pm. All day we saw the place empty, not a single car entered.
Really improve the service and hire people who really want to work. or supervise that employees do their jobs.
Terrible, disappointing.

I noticed today that my front tires were not safe for traveling. I went in and was pleased with the service. I was able to get 4 brand new tires while shopping. The staff at Rocky Mount Sams Club is amazing.

Please go elsewhere to get tires or repair. An absolute cluster screw. I went in a while back and tried to get a rotation and they claimed to be booked solid. There were four shop people (I would not call them technicians) standing around in the shop with no cars in the four bays. I shopped around the store for an hour and a half and no cars ever went in the shop (but they were booked solid).Today I went by and asked about a rotation and they claimed to be short staffed. The two staff members stood behind the counter for over an hour and had no cars in the shop. I even circled back forty five minutes later and still no cars in the shop.I went in one afternoon with an appointment to get new tires and the shop guy pulled my car into the bay. Two and a half hours later he was still searching for four of the fourteen tires in stock. When I went to check on the delay, he explained the situation. I then walked over to the tire rack and showed him the tires he couldn't find. Needless to say, he was pushing carts the next time I went by the store.This department was ran efficiently at one time. There was a guy named Johnny some years back that kept things running smooth. We need Johnny back. And there are two guys that were really good, but I never see them anymore.The last tires I checked on there for my truck were going to take a week to come in, so I checked with Mavis in Rocky Mount and they had them in stock at a better price. They will also balance and rotate your tires without an appointment.I hope to be able to update my review in the future with a better report. Currently they are just sad. I would agree that it should be shut down until they can find enough competent staff.Thank God the rest of the store is ran more efficiently.

We had a flat tire, we paid the fee for the membership, there was one mechanic and no action. It took three hours to patch a tire! Worst place to have a tire repaired at, tighten up Sam’s Club!!

I've never had an issue at this location and specifically talking to the food court-- everyone that has taken care of us at the ordering counter has always gone above and beyond. May sound silly but when I don't feel like cooking, the hubby and I always go for a cheap dinner meal at Sam's- the pretzels are perfect and the pizza is fresh every time( because they stay consistently busy!) Now as far as the grocery standard...it's the holiday season as I'm writing this review so I think delays in service are not intentional at all. It's 2022 and places are still struggling to get fully staffed!! I have never had an issue though- especially when using Scan and Go!

the prices of the merchandise is great but the staff at the door can be given a lesson on how to treat customers on the way out the store.

My husband and I came in an spent around $1200 on a set of tires and was told we would be called when they came in. A week went by, so we called and they said oh yeah, they are here. Made an appt for the same day to get them put on (yaaay!), BUT it took almost 4 HOURS for them to get the job done. Someone called from customer service and offered a $40 gift card for the inconvenience...never received it. Then the manager called and after spending that much money and wasted that much time, we received an apology and a $25 gift card. I do not recommend going here for tire service!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. After politely asking for help, I was blatantly ignored. I did get the chance to see this same employee being rude to a couple trying to buy some jewelry. Great job on having unprofessional employees - it cost you an $800 sale!

I get tired of going to sam's club period and they want to stop you and look at your receipt. What are the camera's for? They check you out. What is next stand on a scale when you walk in/out. It makes me feel like I did something wrong. I am the customer, the reason you have a job. I do not believe I will renew my sam's card. There is nothing I can get there, that I cannot get else where.

Pros- lot of self check out to get out quicker Clean bathroom Bakery has good service Cons- parking layout is horrible dangerous Dont enforce covid safety Employees stand around in aisles bs- ing get in your way. Dont enforce one way at gas pumps make it hard to get in and out No optical or hearing service- supposed to be member benefit. No reduced rate on membership. My tires got ruined because they closed tire shop was unable to get tires rotated

Today I was gonna purchase jewelry at Sam's Club in Rocky Mount. The sales manager was so abrupt and couldn't be bothered with me. When I asked the price because she said she couldn't take the watch out of the locked case. I've always purchased jewelry there. Then I was about to leave and asked the door attendant if I could speak to the manager. I spoke with the manager who was very cooperative and understanding. The big bully woman came over and belittled me in front of two managers and the customers. Never had any issues before.

HORRIBLE SAMS CLUB PICK UP!!! I checked in and no one came after I waited for more than 15 minutes. I go inside to the customer service desk and there is a line. So I had to wait another 10 minutes. They can't scan my order in and had to re ring it. Then I tell the cashier, "look I need this to be put in my car because I'm 8 months pregnant and can't lift heavy stuff. " So I push the cart out to the pick up where a person is supposedly going to put the stuff in my car. No one is there. So I waited another 15 minutes. While I was waiting I tried to call inside the store and no one answers there phone. On my way home I tried to call the store multiple times and again... no answer. I called the 1-800 number and they couldn't find my pick up order number... well of course you're not going to find it because they had to cancel it and rering it. So they were no help whatsoever. What took an hour should of taken 5 minutes. They need to get with it.

As always, friendly staff who gets the job done and does it right! Only place we prefer going to for tires now because of the outstanding service.
