I walked in and the lady looked at me with the short hair and said oh did you take out braids like my hair was stinky or something and I let her know that I have curly hair it just look like it was a lot to deal with but once you wet it it comb right through so I sat in there for almost 2 hours and when my turn came up the same lady with the short hair that works in the back at the station says well I'm going to take this other lady first she asked Shelly and Shelly said well who was here first and she told her I was but I'm going to take the other girl do you want to get her and Shelly proceeds to say oh well I'm a good this other lady before her and then I'll do her when I have been sitting there for 2 hours patiently waiting it made me very mad and my hair still looks like this and I left because they were very rude

This was my first visit to Salon Se Swa. I got a blow out from Mrs. Jackie. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the service and definitely will return!

Great Business!! I felt welcome, soon as I walked in she asked what service I was looking for. Also was willing to give me information on how I can keep my hair looking healthy and also when to come to in the salon to get treatment/more needed services. I recommend this salon to anyone☺️♥️

So we charging 65$ for a relaxer when its 35$ why is that? My daughter just left there get hair relax is there a policy that states if your hair hasn't been relaxed then its considered nature ? If you don't have a policy in place I suggest you put one in place sounds like a Rip off to me sign anger dad
