We loved this facility and were ready to give it a five star review! Until today. My wife and I put our belongings into storage in April 2023 as we’d sold our home and were moving in with family. We’ve just closed on our new home, and unfortunately ALL of our major furniture (entire king bed set-nightstands, dressers, frame-couches, dining table and chairs, both dressers for my kids) has been RUINED by mold. My advice, definitely get insurance if storing here. We’ve put a claim in and are hopeful we will be somewhat reimbursed so we can buy what is needed. This is so disheartening, especially when things aren’t cheap and money doesn’t come easily. This is money we were not planning to spend! Please listen to your staff and install ventilation. Your staff is great and has been nothing but a pleasure to work with.

I'm new to the facility, but something I noticed is that when the HVAC comes on, all the dust coming from the facility because the floors are not sealed causing settled dust to be dispersed into the air. I do not believe it is healthy for people to be in there when all of that dust is churned up by the HVAC system. There is also a hole in one of the units. I believe the floors need to be sealed and some sort of dust removal performed.

I just got this storage in October 2023. So far, I haven't had any issues with it. I will say I didn't give it 5 stars bc of the distance between the door & my storage and also bc I'm only one month in. My son's literally had to carry the couch a little ways from the door. Although the carts are super helpful that they provide, they are not for really large items. Also, the glass doors won't stay open, so someone has to stand there, or you will have to continue to put the code in every time you come out & go back in. But so far, so good now that everything is in there. So I'll come back in a few months with an update.
