The Family Medical Center does not seem to be quite as good as it used to be in the past. The online patient portal is a joke. Most of the features do not even work. I called today, and the phone system said it was too busy, and then hung up on me. I can never see the same doctor. The turn around on doctors is ridiculous. When I am asked who is my primary physician by another practice I have to say I don't have one, because they always leave the practice.

This used to be a great family practice with a great staff however the last 2 months they have changed for the worse
It seems a new manager has taken over and is letting go doctors and a great staff, as well as the staff leaving due to horrible working environment. I would say, if you are a patient I would be looking for another place.

Took 4 months to get in.
But the doctor was good.
Staff were polite.
The nurse/doctor was not available for my appointment and I was rescheduled to another day.
It was a slow experience in the office too.

This practice has went down the drain since generations acquired it. Everything about it sucks except the medical assistants. They can't keep doctors, and you can tell it's all about money instead of the patients health

I don’t think I have ever been excited for doctor appts until I started seeing Dr. Fuelling. She listens to me. Every single time, since last year in March, she has never failed solving my concerns and if it weren’t for her I wouldn’t be on the path to a healthier life with reduced blood pressure and 80 pounds of successful weight loss. The staff is very helpful, outspoken and just goes the extra mile including the relations manager Stephanie. Her willingness to help is truly one of a kind! Thanks for all u ladies and gentlemen do here!

I see Heather Davis, she is calm, attentive, empathetic. I have been with the practice approximately 14 years or more. With Heather about 9 years. She is amazing. Never comes across as a know it all. We collaborate and come up with a game plan. SHE IS THE GREATEST

If I could give them a 0 stars I would, the is place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody... the nurse was so rude and so was Linda the P.A... in my 34 years of living and going to the dr office, I have never been treated so rudely by medical professionals.

took forever getting someone on the phone, asked for a referral to a dermatologist, was given place and time. waited a month and I just received appt reminder for generations office? I called dermatologist they have no record of referral, and now I cant get someone on the phone to make sure they dont expect me at the main office and charge me a missed appt fee-- this place is a joke. Go somewhere else!!!

This place has become a joke they only want to do 3 month blood work and that's it. Was having weird feelings in my chest couldn't see my Dr there I had to see a PA did some tests she said they was going to schedule a appointment with a heart specialist it's been over a month. called several times to see why they have found me a specialist. because I'm continuing to have these problems they tell me the scheduling department is backed up that I should go to the emergency department. Then why have a family Dr just to refill medicine. Like to know who to contact about this?

I've been going to this facility for general practitioner care for so many years. I've always been pleased with the care, attentiveness, and their approach to overall wellness for their patients. BUT, the last few visits have been so disappointing! The nurses and reception staff are pleasant, but the doctors and PAs are certainly not indicative of the care that has kept me there. It's almost as if you're hurried though to get to the next patient. Of late, a return call made over a week ago has not been received. Please restore this place to what many of us have loved and depended on for years. Otherwise, folk will go elsewhere! So sad. Smh

So very very disappointed with my last 3 visits at RMFMC! I’ve been a patient there for nearly 20 years and today I walked out nearly in tears. I saw a PA who was 100% frustrated (her words not mine) and she clearly let it be known that she was leaving the practice. I was a patient of John Lucas for many many years who I adored. I saw a new provider 3 weeks ago and it was not a fit at all. Called the practice 4 times before anyone ever returned my phone call. Today was my absolute last time there. Really appeared that there is no compassion or concern for client care. I’ve worked in healthcare for 33 years and this is UNACCEPTABLE!

quest is the absolute worst the black girl upstairs will continuously stick you with the needle because she’s ready to go smoke. very rushed I cannot believe how bad this place is. i got home had bruises on my arm from the needle used. this had never happened to me before.
