Never have a child's birthday event here, the price and value doesn't equal what you recieve. We were told that pizza comes with the party but the size of pizzas and amount were ridiculous. The staff walked around in a manner as if nothing was important, customer service lacked in professionalism. I don't know if it's age or work ethics but for this type of building I aspected a better experience. The building is nice but anything else that they offer is not worth the value.

Went there they close to an hour early spoke to an ex-employee over a month earlier and she complained about their hours and they were closing when they wanted to close as opposed to the actual hours good place if they were keep it open my son and I went there they said they
were closed according to the time on the website we had an hour and 10 minutes left but there goes Rocky Mount for you

Seem to be very organized. However, the train prohibited people from getting to the event timely.

Staff was nice. Bathrooms really clean. Drink line horrible. Horrible. Charged me n then said they out the product. It was a fight at the king George event. I got pushed to the ground

Hosted a great weekend of basketball. The center has 8 basketball courts. The washroom was so clean .

GREAT venue for volleyball tournament. The indoor play area for the kids was amazing and kept them busy for hours. HORRIBLE parking availability for a volleyball tournament. A LOT of people for not a lot of parking spots.

Our first volleyball tournament experience at Rocky Mount was kind of a let down. Coming from Virginia Beach where we have a newer facility, I was expecting more. The parking situation was horrendous. Had to park several blocks away in random lot then had to walk to the event center. The facilities were above average cleanliness and the staff seemed to keep up with them throughout our event . Unfortunately, the food organizers didn't do very well in their quantity prep. They ran out of items early. The second day was very challenging to find things to eat or drink. The drinks in the vending machine was even flat.

36 bucks for the weekend and these clowns have water all over the courts. Fix the roof or hvac.

Clean, adequate facilities but I can’t bring in my coffee or a chair?! Really?! Poor management decisions.

I can’t say enough about how great the staff is here!!! Was at the facility for volleyball tournament and both days - every person I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. The smiles just made things so much better. From the staff at the door, checking bags to the concession staff, restroom attendants, and even the ladies at help desk - just such a great group of people. Even the people I didn’t directly come in contact with, walking by and getting acknowledgment with a smile and “hey how you doing” blew my mind. Very clean facility from the concession area and the bathrooms- the attendants do such a great job. I just can’t say enough about the great staff at this place- they are wonderful!!
