I can’t think Riverside Veterinary Hospital enough for their kindness, love, support, and compassion that they have shown to me. They weren’t even my fur babies vet, but they fit Stetson in when I needed an appointment and no one else would take him. They broke the news to me of his failing kidneys with such compassion. They were respectful and caring when it came to having to finally lay my boy to rest. ? I’ll never forget how compassionate they were to me.
They made such an impact on me, that I have decided that my girls will now be taken there from now on for all their veterinarian care.

The staff at RVH are top-notch and provides A-plus service. Dr. Meachem Tucker knows my pet’s history when she walks in the room, and she treats my pet and me with sensitivity and respect. Staff member Devon is great to talk to and she keeps me posted throughout the day when my pet is dropped off for treatment. I have been a customer for close to 15 years.

My Shih-tzu required immediate care and they took her in same-day. Forward to a month later, my dog had fleas someway somehow. I needed a script for flea prevention, and they had it readily available for pick up. I love their prompt service! Kaitlyn was a great help as well!

This was my first time visiting Riverside! My dog Zoey was very sick! I called and they said to bring her in, from the very first phone call and Us arriving in the door they made us feel comfortable with her situation. Even though I had to let her go the staff was there through out the time I had with her. Even though I didn't want to do it, I had to let her go because I didn't want to see her suffer. Thank You Riverside Staff for being there for Zoey and myself!!! I Will Forever Be Grateful to You All!!! I Will Recommend you to all my family and friends!!!

Riverside Vet Hospital is the absolute best ! The experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful, everyone was so kind ! They truly are a one stop shop that offers Hospital services, Boarding facility, Doggie Day care and Grooming services. Nash enjoys visiting with all of the friendly employees and the service they offer is out of this world !

Riverside is the best veterinary office around town! I’ve been bringing my pets for a year now, after wellness visits, a couple of emergencies and multiple sick appointments, they have always provided the best service, attitude, and treatments. My shepherd isn’t great with strangers, but they are always so patient with her and want the best for the both of us. The staff is so patient, kind, and they listen to all of your concerns! I would reccomend Riverside to anyone on any day!

I can’t express how grateful I am for Riverside! They work so hard and so diligently to make sure that your pets are safe and healthy. From the second you walk through the front door and are greeted by the receptionists until the second you walk out after your appointment, you are treated as family. These doctors, vet techs, vet assistants, kennel staff, daycare staff, receptionists and managers really do care about your pets health and wellbeing. I won’t be taking my pets anywhere else. Thank you Riverside for being an animal hospital I can trust.

If you’re looking for exceptional vet care-you’ve found it. We use Riverside for grooming, boarding, wellness, & even emergencies. Professional, thorough, knowledgeable & man, do they love our 3 ring circus! We have two dogs that don’t get along & it can be stressful trusting anyone to keep them separate. Especially when boarding! Riverside makes us feel like our dudes are no trouble at all & they LOVE going there. Would highly recommend!

My dogs get excellent care there. The staff is always warm and welcoming. My vet Dr Shields is the best. She is thorough, kind and even gets down on the floor with them. I highly recommend Riverside Veterinary Hospital!!

Overall, very good experience. I suggest two things:1. Look up how to use decor to dampen the noise and echo in the front lobby. The noise adds to the animal's stress level.2. Train the assistants to keep the dogs on a short leash when they walk them to the back. An assistant carelessly let a large dog chew at my cat's carrier and terrified her.Other than that, I saw only good things and will definitely go back.
