I love the service.Only thing is portable tank is too heavy.I need something I can take on my shoulder that is not too heavy.What you sent is way too heavy.Not supposed to pick up anything over 10lbs(drs orders) Thanks

Andres Kindred came and set up the oxygen machine for usHe showed is how to use it and how to use & charge the tanks. He was very thorough and also very nice! We appreciated his service.

The local company here in Rocky Mount, NC was fabulous. I was always treated with kindness and respect. Emma and Mary were especially helpful but all of them were. I called the home office several times and they did a good job too! I highly recommend them!

Technician was great!Had to wait over a week to get in home setup and didn’t get the correct portable setup. Tried calling and leaving message while tech was in home but mailbox was full so could not leave a message. Have to wait and call back in the morning. Just very inconvenient

My wife receives oxygen from Respracare and they are always on point and are very responsive to our needs… we called and requested replacement portable oxygen tanks yesterday and they were delivered today… they even sent a text letting us know what time the delivery driver would be here… they are number one to us…
