The WRONG LABS WERE DRAWN, AND LABS ORDERED BY MY DOC WERE NOT DRAWN!!! THE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GET THIS STRAIGHT IMMEDIATELY!!! I NEED CORRECT LABS DRAWN, AND THIS FIGURED OUT WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY!! ALSO TWO OTHER TESTS THEY DID NOT DO, AND MADE ME PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR, AND THEY ARE COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE. NOW I NEED SOMEONE COMPETENT TO DRAW THE RIGHT LABS, SO I CAN GET MY CORRECT RESULTS ASAP!!! THIS WAS ALSO ON A FRIDAY WHEN I REALIZED THE MISTAKE, AND NO HUMAN WOULD ANSWER WHEN I KEPT CALLING QUEST FURIOUS. Oh, also...THEY DREW SOME KIND OF RANDOM TEST FOR GALLBLADDER!!! I WENT FOR HORMONE TESTING.

Long wait time, usually it is in and out. I was 4 or 5 mins early for my 9:30 appt. It was 10 after before I was called back. 2 people that came in well after me were called back before me, very frustrating. Please not the blood draw was very well done.

The lady who took my samples was rude, yelled at her co-workers across the room, wait was over 20 mins with an empty waiting room, and they messed up my insurance info and sent me a full bill which meant I had to call the company and correct it.

I go here for quarterly bloodwork and it’s always been good experiences. All of the phlebotomists here are very caring and their energy just makes the whole experience a positive one. Andrew drew my blood today, and is always super friendly and fun, but all of the staff here are super lovely always.

Phlebotomist messed up my arms. Stuck the needle through the vein in my right arm so the blood flow stopped. She continued to poke around in that arm even though there wasn't any blood going in the needle. Then she stuck the vein in the left arm and scratched my skin with the needle when she pulled the needle out. Never had an experience like that. I will never let her stick me again. Have to use them again because that's where my physicians office sends their patients to for blood work.

I have a psychosomatic reaction to having blood taken that , at it's worst, makes me nauseous before today. Today, before even drawing blood, i got very light headed and almost passed out. Next thing i know i have 3 (technicians?) and i guess it was a doctor from the clinic downstairs looking me over, one kind lady fanning me with a clip board, and overall everyone making sure i was ok. They made a big fuss over me for a few minutes. I really felt like they cared, which sometimes you don't get from today's overworked medical staff.10\10 recommend! I feel like i want to take them all lunch one day!

I went to Quest on a Wednesday evening for an appointment that was scheduled at 4:00pm. Long story short, my test was not in the system. NINA D. did her thing!! Not only did she walk me through the steps to get my appointment rescheduled and done that day, she was very patient with me. Didn’t make me feel like a burden even though it was coming up for her closing time. She reassured me that we would get things done especially from me coming from out of town. Good customer service is very rare these days but I let her know many times that I appreciated her and her help. Thank you again Nina!! She is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
