I can understand it was the holidays and your short help and you get backed up, but what I couldn't understand keeping a car for 4 weeks without even taking a look at it. I'm not rating this place down because of their work, they never did the work,, i went and got my car,but I am for promising week after week after week to fix my car. To me a person word means just as much as the service one provides

Differential was going out on way back to Wisconsin, every place I called said they were too busy to fix right away even though I explained my wife was sick (cancer) and needed to get her home asap. They fixed it and charged me over a hundred dollars LESS!!! then what they quoted me.
You can't judge a book by its cover and their garage is no exception.
Great mechanics, honest people, don't bother going anywhere else.
