“I have been to this location twice, once in 2022 to get a passport for myself and again in Jan 2024 to get a passport for my children. Both experiences were so seamless. I did not have to wait, because I had an appointment. The postal workers were extremely knowledgeable about the process and patient with me. I didn't have everything I needed but they were so gracious and helpful. I am grateful for your help! I wish I took note of everyone's names to give them a personal kudos.”

“I thought this location was a regular Post office but turns out that it is a mail processing center. So they do not stamp your mail they just process everything else. The guy at the “lobby” was really polite and nice.”
