I sure wish there was a zero star option. Up until today I thought Truist had the most rediculous check cashing fee. I got check cashed today and they charged me 27 dollars to cash it. The said they charge 2% for non customer check cashing. I thought i was a customer there to be helped. The people who have accounts there are paying to have those accounts. Why are they allowed to charge as if they were a check cashing store? Total scam. This bank is a true example of cooperate greed. We have to scrounge for everything we get but they sit in ac and type on a keyboard for a couple seconds and boom, they are entitled to your money. Would not recommend anyone doing business at this bank.

This is not so much of a review of this bank, but of PNC in general. They are spending where they should save, and saving where they should spend. One nearby bank foolishly removed their tellers. This bank did not hire those tellers to compensate. Thus, they are very slow despite being busier. PNC corporate are idiots and you should take your business to a bank or credit union that isn't run by penny pinchers.Update: I was at the bank again and the line didn't move for over 5 minutes. I timed it. Being so short staffed is well beyond unacceptable.

Was there on last Friday. My friend and I are white. We were discriminated against. We had to wait over an hour and then we're told they wouldn't help us with the or. The staff were all black. They were rude. Goofing off and made us wait and then refused to help. We aren't prejudiced. We take people by their actions not their skin color. Shame on this staff and corporate allowing this. Planning to complaining to corporate and go as high in corporate to get this resolved. Would give 0 stars if possible. Shame on this staff

Had to make a quick stop inside the PNC on Sunset Ave in Rocky Mount and the entire staff were friendly, smiling, courteous , concerned and patient with each customer. It was a pleasure to just observe the atmosphere. Keep up the great work ladies. It didn't go unnoticed.

Hate I even had to give it 1 star cause it’s not even deserving. Service is slow and bank manager will tell you anything to get out of having to do something. I just wanted to close an account and was told it was a 3 hour wait at any of the 3 branch’s in Rocky Mount, NC.

PNC not like it used to be. Not personal at all. Make an appt, text a number, wait for a prompt, wait for an email...was told you could've called customer service". HA! I had and waited and waited for some one to answer and it never happened. Is it more important to steer away you customers of MANY years just because you are afraid to handle a minor task in real person? When you go in these banks, it's like walking into a funeral parlor. Even the tellers are non-professional. Everyone has become a number. Walking away a dollar at the time!

I love PNC and usually am more than happy with their services ~ however today I fear I have been the subject of discrimination. I am an almost 60 year old caucasian female. I am absolutely certain that the color of my skin was a determining factor in the treatment I received this morning. I left the branch in tears. SHAME on you!I see people, not skin color, you should try to do the same.
