“The experience of being in a pharmacy with people who care was great. Unfortunately the Medosi relief cream that I purchased for my moms sciatica pain irritated her skin and didn’t help with the pain. The pharmacy doesn’t return opened items for those who are wondering. I was told that they might be able to return it if the supplier replaced it for them but still haven’t heard back.Update: thank you Ward Pharmacy for your amazing attention to customer service.”

But I will say the design of the traffic flow layout is terrible.
Honestly it needs to be torn down and completely redesigned.
It's usually congested with lines of cars backed up. There's always a pump that's out of receipt paper and on most days there's one or two machines out of order completely.
But it's where I go because admittedly the Prices are great”
“Better selection of alternative choices in the area, water, organic, gluten free and less ingredient packaged snacks. Parking lot usually busy with the setting being in a shopping/ eating strip. To avoid traffic you can park on side of building. There are spaces for veterans and family with small children.”

HT not only had it, but were very helpful in getting information from my regular pharmacy so they could get it filled for me, treating me great even though I wasn't regularly with them. Happy to be switching my main pharmacy to HT !”

“The store is better than it used to be, it's much cleaner. I don't understand why the self checkouts, all of them are not always open. Sometimes, you still have to wait in line to use them because others are closed. Trying to get you to impulse buy while in line”
“I love this pharmacy, they have always gone above and beyond when it comes to my kids medicine. Ven, especially gets a big KUDOS, from me because he stayed on the phone with the hospital getting my son who just had surgery medication correct. He also searched for another pharmacy to ensure my son had his heaprin shots. Ven was very educational about my son's medicine and ensured I had everything I need to begin his healing process. RMT Walmart pharmacy ROCKS!!!!”
“I've never had an issue at this location and specifically talking to the food court-- everyone that has taken care of us at the ordering counter has always gone above and beyond.May sound silly but when I don't feel like cooking, the hubby and I always go for a cheap dinner meal at Sam's- the pretzels are perfect and the pizza is fresh every time( because they stay consistently busy!)Now as far as the grocery standard...it's the holiday season as I'm writing this review so I think delays in service are not intentional at all. It's 2022 and places are still struggling to get fully staffed!! I have never had an issue though- especially when using Scan and Go!”

He looked up my information and quickly found that I could receive my medication on a long term, three month supply. I was truly DELIGHTED. THIS PHARMACY PROVIDES SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”
“The pharmacy is great, one staff in particular is very helpful and friendly. I have found Adam to be a great help each time I am there. Yes the car line is long sometimes, I don't think that's something they can control. Sometimes it is just as easy or quicker to go inside. Try it the exercise with do you some good and you will find if you are polite and patient with the staff they will be polite and patient with you.”

“I can only speak on my experience and situation but I travel for work so encounter all kinds of different states and pharmacies. the general consensus seems to be depending on the pharmacist working that day they choose to MAKE UP their own policy/rules that aren’t actually true at all. this CVS location was the 6th pharmacy I checked in town to fill my script based on stock availability. every pharmacy (Walgreens included) was either saying they didn’t have in stock or they would at some point and could fill it then or that they wouldn’t since my doctor is not licensed in NC or that they wouldn’t accept my paper copy unless my doctor faxed over the script. I’ve been filling the same script for almost 8 years give or take if whomever is reading this can connect the dots. I’ve filled at Walgreens and CVS so 12x8=96 records of prescriptions within their systems is available to show my history a long with clear store/state numbers to show I fill all over (except California). this pharmacy initially welcomed me and heard me out at the drop off window, did their own due diligence and verified everything on their end, checked their stock and gave me the green light with little to no “matter of fact” or “know it all” attitude. I’m just going off the observation of the pharmacist being a female that seemed to be younger rather than a male or an older male for being the catalyst that helped the whole logic in this process. the pharmacist sets the tone and way things are handled and pharmacy techs usually act the same. So with all that being said, this pharmacist knew what she was doing and understood a very simple legal prescription that needed to be filled for the day. The pharmacy techs also were helpful and didn’t immediately hit me with unwarranted sass from a mini power trip. The other CVS’s in town should be avoided. maybe I got lucky today? but if I had to fill again as an out of state customer I would come here. And to anyone else traveling or for work I would recommend this one. have your ducks in a row to provide what they need if asked and they will 100% get you taken care of quick. They said 20 mins and I was taken care of in 10. thanks again to whichever staff was there today.”

5/23/24.. it was a tough day for the staff that did show up to work that day! (I only saw 2 staff so i assumed) I came in around 5:20 pm. Customers complaining, long line, system went down and when it started back up, it was s..l..o.w... Regardless Miss. Valarie didn't panic about the situation. She had so much patience with the situation and it takes staff like this to run a pharmacy as such. Thanks sooooooo much! Blessings”

“The Service is impeccable! Randy the old pharmacist did an awesome job. One always wonders how new ownership will pan out. Well let’s just say ever since Devon has taken over EVERYTHING has been smooth sailing.
My mom is 94, and bless her heart she forgets things at times. As a retired educator of the Nash Rocky Mount School System of 44 years, mom likes to make sure everything is topped notched. Devon made sure that as mom’s daughter a check and balance was set up; so, I could be involved with mom’s transactions. The transition was smooth, friendly, loving, and was made with lots of care. Devon has made numerous recommendations that are helpful and have made our life so much easier. Particularly, Delivery of the medications before my mom goes to dialysis. Also the Bubble pack punch cards. The packs are labeled by the day of the week All the meds are in the pack. One does not have to worry about getting meds out of each bottle and also trying to remember she has taken a med. With all that has been said, Devon and her team treat customers with dignity and respect. In the words of my mom “and efficient.” We are so thankful to have Medical Park Pharmacy of Rocky Mount. We would not have it any other way bar none”
