I am highly disappointed in PI Nails costumer service and service in general!! I would absolutely not recommend! I have been going for several months and today was my last straw! I paid $80 to have a lady do my nails that acted like she could care less to even be at work, she huffed and puffed at everything I asked to be done (mind you I’m the one paying for the service), and to top it off she cut my finger very badly and then blamed it on me! Needless to say I will never be back!! If I could rate them with zero stars I absolutely would!

Rushed through pedicure and manicure. Kept insisting that I get gel polish, which I didn't want. Didn't put a top coat on my nails or toenails. Rude the whole time. I will never go back to PI nails.

Would not go back. The young girl that did my lashes was horrible. She didn't even asked how I liked them.. before I could tell her they were too thick she left out of the room.. I told her I didn't want full thick fake looking lashes, she did it anyway. I think she used super glue. My eyes were irritated. I couldn't see, my vision was blurred. My eyes were watering and burning all night. I searched ways to relieve the irritation. I called back and no one answered. The next morning I was there as soon as they opened. The young lady was not there. Another lady took them off, asked me if I wanted the strip ones. This was a gift for my birthday. The worst EVER.

This was my first time coming. Got the 35$ gel pedicure and French acrylic. Don’t get me wrong, my nails and feet are nice and he did a good job but ridiculous high for what I thought I was going to pay for. Adding an additional 20 to the pedicure was an exception. I had thought they would charge no more than 35$/40 for acrylic French tip. I understand that it’s acrylics but at the same time, as basic and French tip , I still wouldn’t had thought it would’ve been 55$. I paid 110 in total. I thought I would’ve paid no more than 80/85$. Would I go back, maybe.

Went in for a pedicures and received a rushed job and was over charged…..not to mention the nail tech was coughing and spitting in the sink the customers wash there hands in I think that’s what blew me

I just left and couldn't help but make a review! I was in and out for a pedicure in 16 minutes... Now I am all about quick. However, it still needs to be a good service and it wasn't. I got the Express Pedicure and Kim meant it. Well that is what the name was on the tool box. She was so rough with me and wasn't happy that I wanted regular polish instead of gel. She scrubbed my feet with the cheese grader looking thing, rinsed it and put it back in her service tool box... In my 27 years of life I have never been more uncomfortable. When she was completely done, she jerked my leggings down from my knees back to my ankles. The icing on the cake was when I was paying, I hit on the iPad no tip. She prints the receipt and says "no tip?!" I said no ma'am and left. A total waste of $35. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the first time I have EVER made a negative review for any company. I thoroughly do not enjoy doing it either. (No picture for reference because people are odd and like stuff like that!)

Worst place they talk their language more than to you nothing personal identifying you as a person.
They have their favorites.
Prices are to high.Ridiculous for the work.They want to give you what they want and always highping up the price.With No explanation.

I went in around 6 and the man that serviced me was being rough on my hands and rushing with my set. i asked for medium length black french tips and he gave me that but 3 of my nails were crooked and the polish was rushed. Don't recommend at all.

clipped my nail bed in 3 places while doing a full set... each spot bled and became swollen and took 1 week+ to heal.

I sat down at table #14 for a liquid gel fill-in. Had a full set at table #10 two weeks prior (best nails I've had so far). The lady at #14 was extremely rude to me, told me after she filed my nails down that she couldn't do a fill-in and that I needed a new set. I was okay with this, but asked her why I couldn't get a fill-in. She rudely pressed on my nail bed, hard and causing discomfort and told me that there was not enough hard gel and that I needed a new set (she filed it off). Once she began shaping my nails, she slipped several times causing her to snag my fingers. She snickered at me when I asked her to shape my nails differently and at first told me no, but then proceeded to shape my nails as asked. I am about 2-3 days out since getting my nails done and they have already chipped, and I have an air pocket under one. Not impressed with her, but this has been my only bad experience here so far (I've only ever been there twice - and like I said my first set was amazing)
