My daughter took her wedding ring in to get it sized for her upcoming wedding, 3 weeks in advance of when her wedding was going to be. THREE WEEKS!! They kept telling her it would be done in time for her wedding. Every time she called they said not to worry. Well it wasn't ready. She called them to come pick it up the Friday before(2 days before) the wedding and they took her number and never called back. They were closed that Saturday and the day of her wedding. They didn't even have the decency to call her to LET her know. So she had to get married with no wedding ring. No apologies. No discount for RUINING her wedding day. Do NOT take your jewelry to them or buy from them. They lie. They don't keep their word. It doesn't take 3 weeks to size a ring

The fine folks at Osborne Jewelers were so polite, kind, and welcoming. I needed to have some watch links removed and watch band replaced on my diver watch. Both were a perfect fit...just in time for my tropical vacation! Many thanks to the ownership and staff at Osborne Jewelers!

My parents have been shopping at this jewelry store for a long time. The staff is absolutely wonderful, trustworthy and helpful. I live in DC but never have my jewelry cleaned or worked on at home. I always bring it to Osborne's.
