They towed my car and it was never late. They took it claiming the insurance company told them to which was a lie. They also pulled my car payment s week early. They are now being invested. They made me believe I had done something wrong. Never again. They crooked and I trusted them. Just be careful if u go this route. Im getting a lawyer.

First I would like to especially thank Ben Gonzalez! You are so amazing. My husband and I purchased a car from OKloans 5 years ago and it’s still running strong. I was in the market for purchasing a newer vehicle so I gave Ben a call. Told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen! Not only am I impressed with how everything went so smoothly, I’m also impressed to see how they actually take care of their returning loyal customers! It pays to do business with them! If you are loyal to them they will remain loyal to you!! Trust me, I can’t express my gratitude enough.

I wouldn't have rated one star but I had to in order to leave a review! These people financed my step daughter a vehicle with a value of $7,121 for 36 months @ $400 per month $14,400! The AC didn't work, passenger door completely gutted window doesn't roll down and can't adjust the side view mirror, no interior lights, cruise control doesn't work, head liner is ripped and sagging, driver side door leaks when it rains, drivers side view mirror is busted on the back side, the interior looks disgusting! She isn't the only one, her friend got a vehicle from them , the second day she had it the service engine light came on and they wanted to charge her to fix it. These people take advantage of people with little money and bad credit who depend on their vehicles to get back and forth to work, grocery shopping and kids where they need to go! I haven't heard one person say anything good about this place! They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves taking advantage of young single mom's who don't know any better! Buyer beware is an understatement!

Heard the advertising on radio where they are defending bad reviews and blaming on customers but definitely false. This place has ridiculous high down payments and prices on old junky cars. Don't let these rip offs fool you, they are waste of time junk sellers. Highest down payment and highest payments around for junk cars.

Good morning,
I am a former OK Loans customer, and it was an educational and rewarding experience. When I first came to Ok Loans in October 2020, I was in a dark place a did not know how I was going to get a vehicle to get back and forth to work in another town. Someone told me about Ok loans and when was at a large car dealership and they continued to run my credit making it lower and lower. After they told me about OK loans I walked out of the dealership and call Jay Jackson at Ok Loans. When he answered the call let him know Who I was and what I wanted, he told me to come up and see him the next morning. I got a ride and went to see him. When I arrived, he greeted me with the warmest spirit and heart ever. I felt comfortable and at ease. I explained to him that I need a reliable vehicle to get me back and forth to work in Greenville NC. He looked at me and asked what my credit looked like. I explained to him that it was low at the time due to a voluntary repo. He explained to me that a repo is a repo, and it will her your credit even if you give the vehicle back on your own. Never give a vehicle back and always communicate. Communication is the best way to get help and an understanding of what to do next and you can get better help that way. I continued with the credit program and when that say I left with a 2009 Ford Edge. Each month I pay my car payment on time and when I am going to be late, I will call and explain to them what is going on and make sure I will pay at the arranged date along with the late fee. Faithfully my information was reported to the credit bureaus. My credit was increasing and that made me feel good. I paid MY LAST CAR PAYMENT in February and that was the best day of my life. Now with my credit score up and I just bought a 2022 Chevy Equinox from Don Bullock Chevrolet. Ok loans were the best way for me to go and to establish credit. Now I can get what I want and continue to work on my credit. CREDIT IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Buying this car was a great experience from the first visit with Jay and getting my car, to paying it off and getting my title today!!.. this 2 and a half years was very smooth and Paul made my payment process easy and stress free!!.. I would recommend OK Loans to anyone I know. I truly am glad I went to them when I was in need. ♥️

I have had a wonderful experience with OK Loans. They have been amazing from the very start. All three gentlemen that I have worked with Mr. Jay, Ben, & Paul are knowledgeable about their vehicles, responsive, and polite. They are the only on the lot financing that I have encountered that has a warranty on their vehicles AND honors the warranty!
If you are looking for a reliable vehicle and/or a company that can help you rebuild your credit, this is definitely the place to come!

I don’t ever do this , however let my experience be a warning to those who are car shopping.
First and foremost, DO NOT … I mean DO NOT obtain a vehicle from OK LOANS ! If I could give zero stars it would be well deserved.
Oh yeah the “credit rebuilding program “ is a marketing tactic !! I hadn’t had one statement on my credit the whole time. (6months) But once I DO A VOLUNTARY SURRENDER ITS NOW ON MY CREDIT (within 2 days)
My experience with them had been nothing, but a complete disaster as a first time car owner .
The first car I had through them was a 2014 Ford Focus , I hadn’t had it 2 days and the transmission went out . They offered to place me in another vehicle and said everything will be switched over. Stating the amount per month for the last car would be the payment for the replacement. which SHOULD have been less. Due to the car being older and higher miles . 2011 Hyundai Sonata
Once I got this replacement ONLY having it 4/5 months this one started breaking down . So I choose to give them their car right back !
They are rude, disrespectful and fraudulent! Should be shut down .
Spend your money elsewhere !!!

Best way to describe the place would be Amazing. Very very helpful people who make sure you are fully satisfied with your results. Even with bad credit they accept you and even better, they work on getting your credit better! Would definitely recommend this place to anybody who needs help getting into a vehicle. Think your outta luck? Give ok loans a shot. You won't be disappointed!

The staff here are great! I experienced great customer service and they went over and beyond not only to help me, but also to help my father get into a vehicle! If you experience any issues with your vehicle and communicate with them, they will take care of it! I can truly say they are truly a blessing and I would highly recommend!
