Not going here anymore they have no respect for people time. Going in for a pedi and they want you to sit and wait 45 mins while the man mills around and takes his break. This is the second Time they made me wait 45 mins. I will take my money to another salon. I don't know why they expanded if they don't want to work. Don't disrespect your customers time. We pay you. I left.

I usually ask for Traci or Tammy. I went just now and specified I'd wait for Tammy. I saw she was just talking to her coworkers and working on someone else's nails. As 30mins passed I realized that she wasn't really acknowledging that I was waiting. I understand she can't rush a customers nails. I went on my 2 hour break. I went from 1:30 and it's now 2:20 & she then admits she didn't know I was waiting but Traci told her I had been waiting. Aside from that she said she doesn't have time. I waited almost a hour just to be told she couldn't do my nails. I don't think I'll be going back or If I do it'll be in favor of Traci.

The service was ok, normally when I get a mani & pedi, my hands and feet aren't dry. I paid extra for the jell foot spa and for the most part ok. But my skin was dry and ashy after I got home. I had to put on lotion.

There should be no reason why my dip on every nail is lifting in the sides and near my cuticles after only having my nail done for ONE WEEK!!! A waste of freaking money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Go elsewhere! You have been warned!
