Loved my custom made charm and jewelry!!! The customer service was so nice!! the lady there was so helpful and kind!! there jewelry always lasts me forever and never breaks?. Such good quality and the personally i recommend the diamonds because it's so pretty??. i definitely recommend going if you want a great deal with them! my favorites are Karim and Hannah they always get the job done and so well ?? and there baby is so cutee.

Great customer service! Definitely recommend if you want some good quality custom made jewelry. They are great at repairing jewelry as well! My mom is happy with her custom made necklace. ❤️

Don't go there! I work from home so I don't wear my jewelry everyday! Today I decided to wear my 220.00 necklace and it broke! I just got it in July for my birthday! I called Apm or whatever his name is said they will repair it for 35.00. No that's not a good idea for something that broke less than 3 months! And he just hung up on me while just telling him what happened. I will never go back and I will not recommend this place! I'm going to stick with Kay Jewelers. That is poor service to hang up when I was not being disrespectful or anything just expressing that you need to look at your policy bc you selling jewelry over price I feel like and it's broken already! Please save yourself a headache and go anywhere but here!

This was always our go to place for jewelry and repairs. I'm assuming they have new owners now. I took my necklace to have it repaired. I picked it up Sunday. On Tuesday my necklace broke in the same spot they repaired. I called the store immediately and was told to bring it back. I took it back and they wanted to charge me another 35.00 repair fee. I'm like you don't warranty your repairs, so he took 5.00 off. I'm like it's fine. I would be done paid yall 65.00 for two repairs. I can put that towards a new necklace. I'm sure the previous owners would have fixed my necklace for the second time for free.

I have been a tenure customer. I showed the young man a picture of what I wanted, which he was very illiterate at the time but he FT someone that appeared to be knowledgeable. I was promised that it would be ready by Thursday it wasn’t which was okay. Not at all what I paid for & you know black folks can’t tell other races anything so he’s going to tell me some long drawn bs! Basically I’m just SOL and all I can do is be mad. $900 wasted. Never again!

Horrible place to have jewelry repaired. They fixed my son necklace an it broke in the same week after wearing it once.
