Anthony and Anteya of the Rocky Mount NC store, were so very helpful in replacing my husband's phone. They are compassionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable. They honestly went above and beyond to help me with a stressful situation. They deserve to be acknowledged for their customer service. ALL your employees should follow their example. I give a 5 star kudos to them and I am thankful for all they helped me with.

Been using metro on and off for 20 years. They people at this store are nice. The actual Metro's Data Service is on a whole new low. They change things up with no notice. I'm porting to straight talk.

I get to the store at 9:35am which has an opening time of 9:30 am. Not open yet. So I go to another store come back 10 am. Not open yet. I go to ANOTHER store then come back at 10:30 STILL NOT OPEN! Being that this is the only store nearby and I only have today off work this is not a good way to do business.

Great service and a great deal. This is my first time on T-Mobile or MetroPCS and I am really enjoying it. They did a great job being friendly and professional at the store also. I was able to get an iPhone SE and a piece of tempered glass for it and the first months unlimited $50 plan and all fees paid for less than $115 no contract. I don't think this deal can be beat anywhere.

Very unprofessional very rude unfriendly staff the worse customer service i have ever had. I would not reccommend to anyone who wants real customer service or employees that have any idea what they are doing i have had great experiences at all other metro stores. All employees at that location should b fired and never rehired for anything other than mcdonalds I was so dissatisfied i canceled my service after 4 years had obscene music blasting in background.
