Medlin brothers Body Shop is one of the most professional and courteous shop in Rocky Mount.NC..Brandon is always willing to accommodate all customers.It doesn't matter if it a big job or small or if you just need his professional input on your car.He has always taken the time to take care of my car .I really can appreciate a business that is totally about customer satisfaction because they are really hard to find. GREAT SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP! WOULD 100% RECOMMEND.Got a minor buffing job on my honda civic typeR done at Medlin Brothers. Picked up some paint on my driver side doors from brushing some parking lot cones.Brandon was quick to give me a quote. The pricing was very fair, and also completed the work quicker the promised, so great work to the team there. Fixed door panels look perfect after the buffing, can barely tell where the damage was. See attached before and after photos.

I don't know how they were given 4.5 Stars. This is probably the worst auto body shop I ever did business with. The devil is in detail. Their workmanship is not up to par. They have a problem with measuring correctly. It's boo boo. Make sure to go over the work with a fine-tooth comb.

They have been nothing but professional and polite and v concerned for my inconvenience while they are fixing my car. Such nice people to work with. I don’t have my car back yet due to parts shortages but can tell they are doing the best they can to get my car fixed as quickly as possible.

I wouldnt want them to do anymore body work for me! They would not talk to me about my car, car in my name. They spoke to my daughter on and off for 3 months promise to start and finish work on car. A drop of paint was left on part of repair. We had a problem the day daughter was to pick up car. I was told I was to sign check payment from Ins Co which I did not have to do! I thought I was going to have to call the Police to get my car back!!!
