I gave Mann five stars because of his excellent customer service and his speedy work and price. Let me just say my car was jumping/skipping down the road. I called Mann on a Monday morning he told me to bring the car down he will look at it. I could of drove it but I was scared I was going to mess my car up more so I got it dropped off. My car arrived on the tow truck between 11am-12. Mann called me to let me know my car arrived. Within a couple of hours he called back to let me know what it was and he could fix it. At 3:30pm he said your car is ready. Now, I never asked him how much because when he told me what it was I told him just go ahead and fix it. So, I was scared he was going to hit me in the head but I was prepared to pay whatever to get my car back. When he told me the price I could have pass out. I was so satisfied with his service and his price. He is exceptional all around and I was blessed to find him on google and I truly recommend. Oh and it was my ignition coil he had to replace. He is my new mechanic from here on out.

On 2/8/2022 in the pouring rain a flashing check engine light came on after fill up enroute to NY on I 95 near Rocky Mount, NC. Called Mann Auto and tech said to bring car in and they would look at it. Tech checked computer codes, reset computer and car was working back to normal all within 15 minutes. Best of all he said there was not charge so we gave him a nice tip. Grateful for such honest customer service.
