They were wonderful people. They got me a truck within a decent price range and a 2 year warranty.

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had, from either a new or used car dealership. They weren’t pushy about me buying the car or financing with them if I could get a better rate somewhere else. Phillip worked with me on the price and got me pretty close to what I wanted for my trade in. Steve stayed after hours the day I bought it to get me out of the parking lot with it that night, and they even sent a driver to little Washington for me to get some paperwork signed. Overall a great experience and I am so happy with my 4Runner, something I’ve been looking for for years

Yeah never buy a car from them or anything that they sell. I got a 2013 nissan from them and come to find out it had a bad transmission. They knew it was bad but said they’ll fix it never did and the guy that sold me the car said he didn’t work there anymore so yeah they are pretty shady. Take a OCD reader with you if you do stop here you’ll see most the vehicles are lemons

BUYERS BE SMART AND KEEP GOING FIND YOU ANOTHER DEALERSHIP BECAUSE IT'S NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND HEADACHE.
On April 2nd I went and there looking for a 3rd row SUV not knowing what kind people I was about to be dealing with. I test drove a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali and told John what it needed. I then drove it to my husband's job for him to double check. He confirmed that it needed struts and rotors. It also had a small chip in the windshield. John said that they would fix it no problem. We went back the next day I told him if they took off something from the downpayment that I was not going to worry about the windshield. By John only being a salesman he had to talk to Phillip. I never talked to Phillip that day. John walked back and forth from me to Phillip. John came back and said yes, we can do that. We will fix the struts and rotors. I asked him a few times to make sure we were on the same page, and he said yes. Okay... so now the paperwork was done, and the appointment was made for the next day to take the SUV back. I dropped it off thinking that the struts and rotors were getting fixed. When I get there to pick it up, I asked the service guy Derek what was done, he said just the struts. I was so confused. Walked to the front to talk to Phillip and he said he never told John he was going to fix both. John was not there that day. You would think he would've called him, right? No, instead Phillip tells me if I refer 2 people he would fix it. I told him no. Why would I do that if you all are not keeping your word with me. the next day I call and talk to John. I was not rude; John was not the John that sold me the car. He lied and told me he never said that. He became very rude and told me he was not going to hell for nobody then hung up on me. I ended up talking to Josh who seem to want to make things right but, at the same time I'm not stupid. Josh said he would go half with me on the cost of the rotors he'd pay $250, and I'd pay $250. But the thing is if the referral is $100, and Phillip said bring him 2 people that's $200 make it make sense. Meaning they just was trying to find a way to play me. A few days later the gear shifter went out and needed to be replaced. SMH. They Bs with the time that the part was supposed to have been there. At that point I was glad that the contract had not been fully completed with the bank because I was tired of them, and they were tired of me. Phillip had even started calling telling us he'd give us our money back after I had put up my review before telling the entire story begging me to take it down. He wanted the review down so bad it was very strange. On the Thursday the SUV started doing something weird going down the highway. My husband called him and told him that we were going to bring it back the next morning and get our money back. He said no problem just please get her to take down the review and it'll be like it never happened. About 9:30-10pm Phillip calls me asking was it something like he knew what it was. I had got a 2yr extended warranty. He asked if he could keep it in our name. No, like huh what. Took it back at the time we agreed on so I could get my money back and watch him get rid of the contract. He then wanted to change the time of which the check should be ready. My husband ended up going back about an hour later to get the check and as he was on his was Phillip calls me saying ok, we not going to give you your money until you take the review down. Yes, I told them I would and no I'm not. Now they see how it feels to be lied to. Phillip had even threatened with a lawyer if I didn't take my review down that originally only said they were dishonest people. Reviews are here for so people can talk about their experience(s) with a business. It is not against the law for someone to write a review about the experience they had with a business.

Ride right on past this dealership! Do not stop and buy from this dealership.
My husband and I purchased a 2020 Honda CRV from Maness Motors in 2022. A very bad decision on our part. This vehicle has a moon roof. We have probably opened it less than 5 times since we purchased it. Two weeks ago we did. When my husband closed it the interior shade on the drivers side came off the track and broke. Keep in mind that we just pushed a button to close it. Long story short, I called the US Honda 800 customer service number to see if they would do a Goodwill repair. They have no record of the VIN number in their system. My husband has been speaking with a local Honda dealership and they could not pull up the VIN number in their system. Turns out, this vehicle was manufactured in Canada. The part to fix this, what seemed like a small problem, can only be purchased from Canada. The cost is going to be over $1,000.00. We have asked the management at Maness to cover the repair as we were not aware that this vehicle was not a US Honda vehicle and certainly didn't know that parts to fix any issues would require parts being purchased from Canada. Maness has refused to cover the cost. I have driven only Hondas over the years and have loved everyone of them. The mistake we made was not dealing with a reputable Honda Dealership with our last purchase.
To say the least, we are very disappointed in the response from Maness. Lesson learned. We are posting this review so no one else will have to learn from their mistake, learn from ours.

The team at the dealership were most helpful and patient with my car buying experience. Any little thing I needed they were on it. Steve was awesome in getting me exactly what I wanted and the crew got me a payment I could work with and with no money down. It was the easiest car buying experience i ever had. This place is great and I truly appreciate these guys. You can't go wrong here. Thanks Maness team.
